When I arrived at my local Dunkin that I go to quite often, store # 304547 they had a long line. It’s Saturday morning, I totally get it… waited patiently until it was my turn and once I got to the speaker I continued to wait, sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes while the 3 other cars in front of me at the window had already pulled away, only one car was remaining. Trying to give the Dunkin workers a moment to catch up and see then if they would acknowledge me at the speaker, still nothing. Finally, I said hello? And was greeted with “what can I get you?” No, apologies for the wait, No greeting, just annoyance. I stated I had a mobile order and my name, which the worker replied “ok pull up” I then stated I wanted to order something else (I had my 2 dogs with me and I can’t order them the pup cup on the mobile app so I have to place the order once I arrive) but was then greeted with MORE annoyance “Go ahead” shouted at me in a nasty tone. I just said “nevermind” and pulled up to the window. Once I got to the window, my coffee was shoved out the window at me and the woman stated “here you go” in a rude manner and promptly closed the window. I waited and asked for my receipt so I could fill out a survey which was followed up with an eyeroll and more attitude. I then stated, “You are leaving people at the speaker and not even stating we’ll be right with you or anything, it just takes a second…” I was cut off and said “were busy” and closed the window after giving me my receipt and then saying something vulgar about me to her coworker and then laughing about it. So thank you dunkin for the employees you let represent your store, you have lost a loyal customer and business. That was how my day began because your employees don’t understand customer service etiquette. I left and went down the street to Starbucks for my dogs pup cups where I was met with a kind greeting (( even though they too were also “busy” )) and left a $5 tip for making me feel welcomed and not like a bother the way I was treated at your Dunkin...
Read moreI’ve been going to this Dunkin‘ Donuts mon-fri for months now for my breakfast. I get a plain bagel toasted with light butter and extra cream cheese. Pretty simple I know. I have paid 2.53 for months. The new general manager comes in and explains one day that now it will be 2.80 since they have been ringing it up wrong and the extra cream cheese is extra cream cheese... ok whatever. Then the next day he is back to charging me 2.53. Sometimes it would go back and forth from 2.53 to 2.80 and half the time they can’t get my bagel right anyways. If I complained about it being incorrect he would say well I didn’t pay for the extra cream cheese (WOW) Today though the manager tried charging me almost 4.00 for a bagel that was loaded down with butter and no cream cheese... I’m sorry but y’all work in fast food I’ve done it before it’s really not that hard!!! Second the manager actually argued with me and tried to chastise me. Dude you can’t get your restaurant strait and you don’t know how to ring things up. I would have kept coming back regardless of the screw ups because there is an awesome girl at drive thru that always seems to make it up since she knows I’m coming there everyday. But with the manager chastising and arguing with customers deciding to just now charge almost 4.00 for the same thing I’m getting every day and trying to put the customer in their place instead of working with them they have lost a loyal customer. Because of the new general manager I have made corporate complaints and will let everyone I know not to go there. He is rude and should not...
Read moreAnytime I come here, it’s an issue. Which I only come when I need something more than a drink. I go to Starbucks daily which is definitely worth the extra $2. First time was this summer, I was rushing to work & placed a mobil order & was on my way. My drink was straight milk & ice. They offered me a $2 coupon even though I literally went my shift without a drink. My mistake, I come again to get my siblings donuts. I got every part of my order except the churro frozen drink. Obviously they didn’t know how to make it. It was SUPPOSED to come with whipped cream, caramel on top & caramel drizzle. You know, it says it right in front of the workers FACES. They hand me the drink & close the drive through door. I’m heading home & realize my chai is coffee, or has espresso shots in it. I can’t drink coffee. I do not drink coffee ever. I am sitting here shaking like a nut before I go to work. Some people can’t have coffee because of MEDICAL issues. Not preference. These workers are clueless & lack the ability to perform simple tasks that are listed in front of their faces. I’m sure they’ll offer me $2 for both of the drinks that would’ve been $10+. Like I said, go to Starbucks. Coffee from Dunkin tastes like they let it sit overnight and longer. This is the funniest tasting chai I’ve ever had, when I...
