As of 5/14/24: I had the worst customer service of my life. I wanted to start coming here for lunch since I work around the block. I wasn't really greeted, was kind of ignored and the girls weren't friendly. I was mostly dismissed the entire time I was there. But, I ordered pretty much everything I could. I got the giant chipotle sub, with a regular drink and chips, plus a cookie. A young blonde girl rung me up and I left a tip. But then while I was filling my drink, she had me come back over because she made the mistake of ringing me up for a regular size sub. So I paid for her mistake. I was looking at my charges on my credit card thinking it didn't seem right. So I asked to see the receipts and they seemed very annoyed and just explained to me that they charged me the difference in subs with 25% discount. Never showed or gave me the receipts. I sat down and kept calculating and it still wasn't adding up. I was still overcharged even with tax+tip. So there was no discount at all like I was told plus, on top I was overcharged. Typically, most businesses would’ve let it slide since it was their mistake, a happy and returning customer is worth more than losing a few bucks. But priorities, I guess..? It does bother me that they overcharged me but the part that really upsets me was their attitude and way that i was treated. I wasn't about to go back up again and explain that I was overcharged because they already treated me like dirt for asking the first time. I wanted to sit down and eat in there, I tried stay for a bit but I had lost my appetite because of the whole experience. The blonde girl kept “mad dogging” me while I sat there. Never gave her any issues, I had no problem paying for her mistake or anything. I just did what they told me even though I knew it wasn't right. Never in my life, have I been treated so nasty, definitely mean high school girl vibes. I left because I could feel the negative energy from her pushing me to leave. I regret going there, tipping, paying full price plus overcharge. I will not be back again. If they had been kind, I would've had no problem with any of it. I am now taking my business to Penn Station around the corner for lunch! Awesome experience there! Highly recommend.

Can you guess what wasn’t on it?There was no bacon! I also asked for no tomatoes, I got tomatoes, that I don’t mind as much but I mean how do you mess up twice on one sub?!? my brother got a sub too and the guy making it wasn’t gonna put mayo and bacon on it but my mom caught him in time, he was about to start wrapping it up without it 🤦♀️ The subs were got at around 4:30 pm on September 26, who’ve was working at that time wasn’t on there A-game! Read moreSo i had to change the rating. Came in Thursday evening for a quick sandwich. Someone was training behind the counter which I understand that everyone needs some guidance. I politely asked that i could wrap my sandwich since he was having a hard time doing it, and the young woman wearing red told me "would you rush your employees training in respiratory services?" So my job includes first responders in Saving human lives rather than wrapping a sandwich. She gave me a coupon for a free drink and cookie which i gave to the next person in line. Wonderful sandwiches but the manners of some people need to be adjusted. I will probably not return again to...
