This place is awful. I walked in expecting to be able to place an order. There were at least 7 workers behind the counter. I stood at the register for 4 minutes and four workers made eye contact with me but no one asked if they could take my order nor did anyone say that someone would be with me. I asked if i could place an order and one girl told me one minute as she continued a conversation with a coworker. One minute? I've waited at the register for several minutes without any acknowledgement. To tell me wait longer is unacceptable. Everyone who made eye contact with me appeared to be terrified to say anything and willfully negligent of their job to take my order. Maybe they think I was going to rob the place with my mask on. Maybe it was something else. I can't conclusively say why they refused to give me service. I don't know what's in their hearts. They have erratic hours, sometimes the inside is open sometimes not, sometimes you can order online sometimes not sometimes they are not open at all on random days. I go to Starbucks over many other coffee shops because I have come to rely on a high level of product satisfaction, and superior customer service no matter what city, state, town or country I am in . I walked over to the register and had to ask a lady closest where did I order at. She was polite and we got our order taken but we then waited for 30 minutes before I eventually got up and asked for a refund. The young man Christian, seemed very happy about giving the refund, no apology, no accommodation, no explanation.
