7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Clinton

Normally I don't leave reviews unless something WOWS me, or leaves me sorely disappointed. 7 Brew had its hiccups when it opened, but the crew has always been nice. My Blondie triple 7 would always be a hit or miss- never tasting the same, so I stopped going for a while. One day I started going back because they're open before Cups on my way to work, and to my surprise the Blondie was consistent and tasted great! I go this morning, and they tell me I have a free drink so I used it on my usual Blondie triple 7....this is straight espresso with milk....if I wanted a cappuccino, I'd have asked for a cappuccino. A bitter one at that. This is not what I asked for and no I didn't turn around and go back, as I would have been late for work. Was it free? Yes. (Mind you, you have to buy 10 drinks before you get a free one; and 7 Brew is just as expensive as Starbucks) Was it what I wanted? No. The only thing pleasant about my morning coffee experience today was the guy who took my order.

I have been going here since they have opened. I have not had a problem until recently. The first issue was that on two of the last four times I have visited I found hair in my drink. These were the last two times. I always order the same drink. A large German chocolate chiller with caramel and chocolate drizzle, they have definitely been made wrong. I like the German chocolate because it gives you the strong coffee flavor with just the right amount of sweet. The last few times my drink has been lumpy with ice not completely blended and just taste like ice water with syrup in it.not happy with it at all may consider going back to Starbucks where...

My boyfriend and I have been faithful customers to this 7Brew over the past few months and the more time we came to this location we were not made aware of their chiller machine being out of order and the quality of our drinks began to decline. The customer service is a hit or miss, we either have the best quality service or we have people asking to play with slime at our window, telling us how tired they are while on duty or having attitude with us the one time we did not tip. I am extremely disappointed in this location and highly suggest making aware to customers the status of machines that need maintenance and training on...
