Worst Shipley's I have ever been to. I asked for a cake donut, they said they didn't have any cake donuts, I asked if they had apple fritters and she said yes. She then came back and said they were not made yet. So I ordered a plain glaze donut and a plain kolache no cheese. The donut was cold and tasted a day old (this was at 6:30am when they were pulling hot donuts out), and my kolache had cheese in it. My husband went back to ask for a kolache with no cheese and they said they didn't have any without cheese and wouldn't refund the kolache. I’m a local student, and I went to this establishment early this morning for a dozen classical donuts. I arrived and the order was prepared in front of me. When I went to taste the donuts they are very greasy, nasty, and look like they’ve be just drenched/soaked in oil for longer than they should have.
