First of all, it was "super busy." We were told that multiple times. That was the reason why after we were finally seated the table next to us (in the bar section... With a kid, ridiculous in itself) was accumulating trash over the next half hour to forty minutes or so until I finally asked why there was a trash table. The server started to clean it up, then the bus boy saw it, then a manager came over to finish the job.
Our server was acting as the bartender for about ten or fifteen minutes, during which we and no other of her tables got any service.
Our server was... Competent. I can't give her any compliments. She acted like we were an annoyance. My daughter broke down because she didn't ask if anyone wanted something for dessert (this was discussed later about asserting herself but that isn't the point here). One might say she didn't want to be there. Spent as little time as possible doing her job. I saw her take multiple breaks with her phone in the little side nook. Lots of heavy but silent sighs. We got no plates for our appetizers and while she did get our order correct (surprisingly) the way she presented my daughter with hers was odd. She placed two small plates on a large plate on a wicker mat, and then another dish holding fries (from my order) accompanying it. Very odd. Why weren't the chicken tenders and the mozzarella sticks on the same plate? Or the fries with the chicken? The world may never know. Also: my daughter had a coupon for a free kids meal for getting all A's (6th grade) and the server didn't even glance at it or acknowledge it or even ask if she wanted the meal or the shake. (This was part of the breakdown problem) I find this rude. I've been a server. It's not hard to say something like "wow you earned this meal/coupon! What choice are you getting?" But I don't think the server had ever used an exclamation point in her life. I'm asking too much of her.
I asked my husband how his food is and he shrugged. He got some chicken penne something. I got the classic bacon burger (no cheese, no tomato) and it was... Sad. Very sad. I took a corner of the patty (I gave up trying to eat it) and it made a noise when I tapped it on the plate like a frozen patty. You know what I mean? Gross. I ate the bits off of it and then the boneless wings (very good, but just a note, one should know the sauces if one is a server).
No, I didn't send it back. Honestly the trash table next to us kind of made me lost my appetite I had coming in so I guess half or so of a burger is well enough.
They were clearly very understaffed. Which is fine but no excuse. Especially not to seat children in the bar section. It doesn't matter how old they are or appear. We could have waited five more...
Read moreI ordered car side to go while sitting in the parking lot. I pressed the button in the email they send you maybe 15 minutes before the time they told me my food would be ready because again I ordered while sitting in the parking lot so I wanted them to bring it straight out to me. Tonight they was extremely busy. After about 20 minutes pass the time my order was supposed to be ready I called to let them know I was outside. A lady answered and said he will be out shortly. I waited for about 30 minutes more no one never came out. I decided to call back just to be placed on hold immediately. I heard background noise then music started shortly after. I stayed on hold maybe 5 minutes before they hung up so I than decided to walk in. I spoke with the manager Ronald or Ron for short. I asked for a full refund. He stated they dont do refunds but he could go get my food. 5 minutes later he return with my food. You could tell it had been ready and sitting up because he brung it so quickly and it was also cold. He forgot my drinks and I was so upset I didn't even think to ask him for them until I was too far away. He gave me $20 off my next order which I would never use because I wont be back. I understand being busy but I shouldn't have to wait for over a hour for my food. Some ppl I seen walking in while I was waiting in the parking lot was sitting down eating when I walked in. That gave me more reason to believe my food had just been sitting there getting cold. My order was also missing things I paid extra for such as my sour cream in addition to my drinks I didn't get. My food was over 50 dollars so not getting what I paid for plus cold food was very disappointing and unacceptable. If I could do 0...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I came in and wanted to sit at the bar however it was wrapped, so we waited at the host stand for nearly ten minutes before ever being greeted, then when finally greeted we’d asked to sit at a high top to which then we were told it would be another fifteen minutes before we could get a seat there. After waiting about ten minutes a party of eight walked in and the host waved us to follow him to what we thought was going to be a high top per request and got seated at a booth. He then sat the party of eight at the high tops rather than us. We then got greeted by our server who started off good with his introduction and when we went to order we’d asked for two perfect margaritas one regular and one strawberry, we’d also asked for the order of cheese fries from the appetizer menu with extra cheese and ranch and thought that it would all be good from there. Our server then brings our margaritas and we go to pour them, my margarita was fine but she had ordered the strawberry and there was little to no strawberry in it, it almost looks like it was a peach margarita. So now we’ve waited another ten minutes for the fries only to be brought out a small saucer with regular fries with melted mixed cheese on them and with no ranch. After another ten minutes we finally got our cheese fries and still ended up having to ask for ranch because they failed to put in on...
