Drive thru got my order wrong and I usually just deal with it but with the prices these days...I want what I order how I order it... But got ignored when I pulled up to the window... I mean she put her back to the D.T. window and let me and my service dog sit in 95™+ heat with no AC and had me regretting even liking Taco Bell in the past. Thanks to the good work ethic of the Manager Lady that wasted no time reprimanding her for turning her back on a customer when she noticed her blatant rudeness and being grossly disrespectful. And after the obvious mistakes to the order where corrected....and I was two red lights away...i still found onions on my order..there was no extra cheese and no extra red sauce...slapped together like it was getting thrown to the yard dogs...These young kids these days lack decent work ethic ..they need to realize that they make the same money as 9/10 of their customers that do way more labor than handing a bag and a drink...

However, 1) I wasn't given the Supreme Quesadilla I ordered and paid for.2) I didn't get the Pico de guyo I ordered and was charged for. 3) I didn't get the lettuce requested when I said, "extra everything except tomatoes." 4) I was charged $0.70 for the extremely small container of quacamole'. 5) NOT one of my three chicken Supreme soft shell tacos were Supreme. 6) None of my order had EXTRA cheese which was expected when I asked for EXTRA EVERYTHING. In fact there was barely any cheese visible on any of my order. 7)They did put a dollop of sour cream at the/one end side of each taco. Utterly disappointed with what I ended up with after craving that meal for days. If I could rate the meal "0", that's what the rating would be. My daughter was less than satisfied with her nacho bell grande and the dorito tacos she received that were supposed to be Supreme beef dorito tacos but were plain chicken...

Received my order could taste where they added lettuce then removed it leaving some shreds of it, same with the diced tomatoes. Biggest thing was ordered $3.50 quesarito extra nacho cheese $0.50 extra no sour cream. Bit into it, big dab of sour cream. Now I'm out of town and not turning around to get it fixed wont eat my $4 burrito. If I were to turn around and get it replaced that's all their doing is fixing their mistake. Not compensating me for gas or time. Moral of the story taco bell, attention to details. When you mess up someone food, your messing with their money. Most people just dont like sour cream and will eat it but not like it. Not me if it touches it, I'm not eating it. And the lady asked me if I wanted sauce, I said yes please diablo. Open my bag no sauce at all. Get it together this isnt the first yall have messed...
