Arby's — Restaurant in Clinton

I ordered a half pound Roast beef like I do in Jackson, Ridgeland, etc. The meat here is cut thicker it seems. Also they are not prepping enough Roast beef to serve customers through the day. Rather than admitting the roast beef has not been heated to tender yet - they serve me a grainy, muscley, flavorless roast beef that crunches like rubbery undone beef.

We were the only people in the drive through. There were 4 cars in the parking lot, total. Unless the workers walk it wasn't packed by any means.

Look at my other reviews. I have never given a bad review. This was the worst experience I have had at an Arby's, ever, and due to the quality I expect I write my first negative review. Train your staff not to sacrifice quality for sale and I'll try again. I had high expectations for this location. I was excited to try it. Real let down.

Side note, my friend loved his meal. And would give a totally different review than I. Whoever works the kitchen understands how to grill a Waygu burger but needs to be educated on what is acceptable to be served. You can't just serve it anyway when you didn't prep enough. This place is very rude and doesn't know how to do an Arby's sandwich. I did ask for light meat on the Arby's sandwich which should be shaved roast beef and I asked thin if possible. The put the perfectly oblong thick piece of meat and about 2 pds of it on the sandwich. I mean they aren't even using a slicer, looks like they bought pre packaged meat and it was awful. I will never go back and highly recommend you don't either. I will go to Pearl any day over this place again. 2nd time this has happened. I can't tell you how mad I was or they would take this down but I almost went back and threw it n there face. I hate to do this but it is a need to basis. First of all (Lekesha) name on receipt has a bad attitude. No hello, no welcome, no nothing. Then she had a attitude with when I told her what I didn't need on the chicken sandwiches due to food allergies. Well guess what? I am at the hospital now. The person apparently just scrapped the lettuce off instead of making a fresh to order sandwich. I took the remaing food that my husband had ate on,into ER and they found lettuce. So preparing special ordered items isn't available apparently. How cruel! This location needs serious help with their employees before they cause anymore damage.
