Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clinton

If you read any reviews, read this one. I'm here all the time. I often work in a store in the same plaza, so I've seen them on their good days, and their bad days. But even on their worst days, this dunkin is STILL the best. I've lived and worked all around the state and regulared Colchester dunkins, Uncasville dunkins, hartford area dunkins. even as far out as derby dunkins. no dunkin matches this dunkin. The sandwich guy is 10/10, give him a raise. and the guy behind the counter is the perfect, level-headed person you need running an establishment like that. he takes a busy floor and makes it look slow and easy to manage, just by staying calm and operating at peak capacity. Ive also worked at dunkins throughout my younger life and i know how both easy and hard it is to do that job. my only complaint is that I'm unable to tip them. I hope you're paying them higher than Dunkins minimum if you're gonna do that, owners. because for the best dunkin employees to not be at a dunkin where they could get tipped, just tells me they should consider taking their excellent service skills to a casino dunkin, where they have the chance to...

This Dunkin isn’t so much a coffee shop as it is a dystopian checkpoint disguised as a retail unit. The staff operate like a team of malfunctioning androids who’ve never met joy or caffeine. Every interaction feels like you’ve interrupted something deeply personal — like existential despair.

I walked in. No greeting. No eye contact. Just slow, robotic movements and the ambient hum of souls detaching from bodies. The order took forever. Not because it was complex, but because time behaves differently here — like it’s being filtered through a soggy drive-thru headset.

The donuts? Abominations. Stale, dense, flavourless bricks of regret. Imagine a pastry that’s been punished. That’s what they served me. I’ve eaten packing foam with more personality.

This location feels like the final resting place for expired enthusiasm and old glaze.

The best DD on i95 exit 63 in Connecticut near the Clinton Factory Outlets. The employees are very friendly and professional too. Always smiling. Bathroom very clean. Eat-in is favorable. Ample and super clean parking lots. Next door is ColdStone icecream... yummy. If you need emergency repairs on your phone, there is AT&T. The employees are superb. You could fix vacuum cleaners at Orec. If you are traveling with pets.. YES.. Petco is here too.. the employees know what they are doing.. and next door is Mattress Firm.. been there many times.. made me sleepy.
