I am very cautious when it comes to trusting someone with my hair. I have seen quite a few bad results that people had and so been dying my own hair for sometime. But I wanted to go blonde so decided to give this salon a shot since I figured I have no idea how to bleach my hair...did not want to go bald. Let me just tell you this: The staff is amazing, I love the environment, all the girls are like family, friendly, willing to assist and do listen to your requests. I have had the privilege of having Veronica do my hair at that salon....and one thing that I admire about her the most is that she is honest! If she felt my hair could not handle the bleach she would come up with a plan that would work best for me....yes a lot of my hair got damaged with bleach...since it had some color on it before and it took time. But she bleached it, I became blonde...then wanted to go dark and red and again blonde and she was patient to help me get back to blonde all within a year and a half period or so. I have been blonde for a while now and now going to burgundy. And when ever I go back I know that I am in good hands. I am always excited to visit that place to have a great time and of course enjoy getting my hair done. I have no complaints!!!...

I went and had a perm done there! Initially I was ecstatic about the result! I went in not even a week ago and already my hair is losing shape. Now I understand that it depends on how much you wash it and take care of it. But I have only washed my hair once since getting it permed! Not only that but as I've investigated further there are very large chunks of my hair that are still very straight and not permed. I've had a perm before several years ago and that perm lasted me about three months! I'm just confused as to how I'm already losing curl. Could be my fault could not be. But the patchiness of the curls is a little...

I walked in for a haircut. Megan greeted me and took me back. My hair was a mess after 4 haircuts from different stylist. I had been trying to decide whether to grow it out but at this point didn't make it. I asked for a shoulder length bob. With all my weird layers I knew this was a difficult ask . Megan did an amazing job. She blew it out to make sure it was perfect even though I told her I was swimming after this appt. Then took more time to thin it out so it falls perfectly. I love it! Just what I wanted for this hot weather. Megan is professional and a very skilled stylist. She promised she'd be there when I need...
