Telling customers lies to appease them is not a very good feeling.
The first statement from my visit today is debatable, I initially believed it, but am not sure sure now.
Trying to get a fresh Orange Juice from a Jamba juice is worse than trying to get a shake from McDonalds.
I was told today that they had a fridge go out so they didn't have any oranges. (Oranges don't go bad that quickly, the ones at the grocery store aren't even refrigerated).
Even if this was true, I asked the employee of the Ogden location's machine was working (As of 6 months ago it hadn't been working for awhile). He said his sister worked there as an assistant manager. He texted her and she said it was working.
So I drove to the other location and, of course, the machine was still down.
Just because the worker was too lazy to call the other location I had to drive and still not get what I was looking for. These are the only 2 locations near me, there is only so much one can do when looking for a drink.
I know good help is hard to find, but the lengths some people go to are ridiculous. It would have saved me so much time if he said he didn't want to call and...
Read moreI just wanted to let Jamba Juice know of the wonderful customer service that I receive on a weekly basis. I live about a mile away from this store and I am in there at least once a week. There is a specific girl there that always brightens my day. Her name is Jasmine. Everytime I walk into her store, she greets me with a big smile and addresses me by my first name. I love that she remembers me and makes my visit feel more personable. About a week ago I witnessed a young child drop her cup of juice right after they had just bought it and it got all over the front of the counter and one of the place mats. The mother was upset with the child and got after her for dropping it, causing the little girl to get upset and almost in tears. Jasmine was quick to clean up the mess and assure the mother and child that it was not a big deal. She handled it extremely well and it helped to calm them down. I just felt it was necessary that people like Jasmine should be recognized for her amazing customer service. Thanks to her and Jamba Juice for making my days better in a BIG...
Read moreI am super upset at this location! Right before Christmas they had a deal going on that you will get a $5 rewards card for every $25 gift card you get. So I got $50 worth of gift cards for Christmas gifts and when I asked about the rewards cards they had no clue what I was talking out, so he gave me 2 additional gift cards and said the $5 should be on each of those, it seemed odd so I went on the website to check and sure enough the cards were just blank cards so I went back in with receipts and explained the situation and the girl apologized and said she put the $5 on each card so I went in to to use them just now and sure enough it gives an error!
