This was a sad experience. I usually go to this location and experience no problems and always friendly people. However this last time has prompted me to bring this to an open forum here. I came to the Clinton store to troubleshoot my brand new phone. The screen kept going black and locked me out after I would sign in. At first Cora was helpful but as it became apparent that I was the last customer in the store and I was requiring more assistance Cora's patience wasn't so great. I offered the opinion or thought "could it be my McAfee software causing an issue?" Her response was no and she continually kept hard rebooting my phone which obviously wasn't working. She offered me the option of paying a fee and waiting on a new phone to come but could not guarantee a time frame. When I expressed that I didn't think it was good enough and I wanted her to see if she could call another store she raised her voice to me. Told me I could pay the money or we could continue to argue about it. I expressed I wasn't happy about it, did not pay the fee and would be back tomorrow. I left and not surprisingly she left at the same time. I understand you want to leave for the night but your customer service was lacking big time. Also I called T-Mobile customer service and expressed my frustration. Mike was very helpful. He waived the fee, offered insurance for my brand new device and expedited a new phone. However shortly after getting off the phone with customer service I solved my problem. Oddly enough it was the the McAfee app. It was locking my phone and displaying a black...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe arrived yesterday and were not greeted by the two ladies in the store . We had to approach them . They had no clue what they were doing . They had zero knowledge and were super unhelpful . We asked to have our phones wiped and they said they were unable to do a reset at the store . We said we have had it done before and again they said they couldn't do it . We asked if we could possibly get a new sim card for the phone and again we were told no . The entire experience was absolutely awful . You have two women that have absolutely no idea what they are doing . I watched another family leaving as we were walking in and they warned us that the women had no clue what they were doing and that they themselves would not be returning to that location . We asked several times for services we have had done via other T-Mobile locations and they continued to say that T-Mobile doesn't do that . We know they do because we have had it done many times . Worst experience I have ever had with T-mobile . These two women are lazy and don't want to do anything that requires any sort of effort . They are losing you customers and business .. and they don't even care . If this were my business I'd be cleaning house and hiring people that know what they are doing . We left and went to a location in Ogden and everything we asked the two ladies to do they did . They were baffled that the ladies said it couldn't be done . They also agreed that we shouldn't return to the Clinton location . Steer clear of this location unless you want to waste your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is only getting one star because the fact that i have to give a star rating i would put zero if i could. one of the employees in this store has the worst customer service. I got an LG G5 and have been having issues with it. it was saying no service and i would have to turn it off and back on in order for it to work and when i would call people i could hear them just fine but they were not able to hear me. We took it in and got another one and it started doing the same thing. so my husband took it back and just wanted to pay the restocking fee for that phone and get a completely different phone. and they guy that helped him today was absolutely rude! he called my husband a lair and that the phone wasn't doing those things. when my husband asked for a manager he said that they don't have one til 11:30. He was not dealing with the phone he had no idea what it was doing and instead of trying to make it right he had the nerve to call my husband a lair. this guy that i am talking about has red hair, a red beard, and freckles. so if you go to this store all i have to say is make sure to stay away from him. needless to say my husband told him that he would just like to return the phone pay the stupid restocking fee and leave and would get our phone else where. If he is talking to customers in that way i sure don't understand why he still has a job at T-mobile. we have been T-mobile customers for 8 years now and this is the only person that has given horrible...
