I ordered on the Wendy’s app and approximately 11 PM the latest I then went to Wendy’s to pick up my order at approximately 11:25 PM at this point I’m trying to figure out where my name is on the order on the app and I couldn’t find it because it’s the first time order on Wendy’s app. The manager kept asking me what the name on the order was and I said my first name, but that couldn’t confirm anything and I couldn’t find it on the app- I went ahead and I told him exactly what I had ordered, but they said that they couldn’t do anything for me because they needed my name -eventually I found where my name was, and I showed it to them and they handed me my drink only and they said to pull forward .At this point I’m thinking it shouldn’t take long for them to bring my order out since I ordered this online approx 25+ minutes ago. And there was only one other vehicle waiting in front of me. After I noticed that my order wasn’t coming out, I went around and I told him that I just needed a refund because I needed to be at work and I didn’t know why it was taking them so Long since I have had ordered this online and there was really no other customer besides me at this point. I don’t know exactly what the manager was doing, but I knocked on the window and I said look I need to go to work. I need a refund because you guys are taking too long and he’s like well. I’m trying to get you the refund anyways your order we do it to go, which means basically when I arrive they start making my order. I asked her immediately but then what’s the point of me ordering at this point my food approximately 40 minutes ago and I’m like the only person here what is taking so long?. approximately five minutes past and they still couldn’t figure out how to refund me my money. They’re like we’re trying to refund you with the money and I said you know what I’ll come back tomorrow and get my refund because I have to be at work. Do you know what the manager said? He told me that the app is for Uber it’s it’s meant for Uber eats basically . OK, he lost me here because I don’t work for Uber and the app that I have is the normal Wendy’s app on my phone. Are you telling me the only Uber eats can Drivers can pick up the food here. For one I was under the impression that my food would be ready after 45 minutes, but they said they don’t start making the food until Customer arrives even if you order it online I guess and second I think he was confused because he’s saying that the app is meant for Uber to pick up the food -I don’t think so. So let’s hope that they refund me my money because I did record him saying that I can get a refund today when I go back just to let them know…
And just in case he reads this or his employees read this no, you don’t start making the food 30 minutes after someone has ordered It directly on the Wendy’s app directly I said yes. So i said thats fine ill wait because well fresh sounded worth waiting for i specificallt asked for extra extra lettuce as well when they took my order to my car i came home to some discusting tasting wraps i just threw them away 1 no lettuce, 2 the chicken was old, cold, and they just put a little slice of chicken in the middle (wendys NEVER gives me just a little slice of chicken on my wraps!) I was so angry i waited for some nasty food😡 i called and told them and the lady who took my order and gave me my ordered said "oh well im sorry its because they had'nt put more chicken down." I said "ok well if you would have told me you guys werent going to put fresh chicken down i woild have bought them)😡 i got upset over the phone but she apologize and said they would fix it and give me some new fresh tomorrow so besides the fact that they lied to me about giving me fresh food and making me wait outside at 11:30pm at night to give me gross food besides all that im glad you guys will be fixing your mistake. Read moreTerrible customer service Sunday I went to this location and spent just about $50. I ordered 2 kids meals, 7 s’awesome burgers, a daves burger, and a bbq burger. They gave us 5 bags including the kids meals. We didn’t think to check then and went home. Got home 2 bags were just fries the 3rd bag only had 2 burgers in it. My mom went back to Wendy’s and they didn’t have our burgers that I spent $50 on so they made new ones and gave us a whole bunch of free frosty coupons. Got back home again and noticed there was only 1 toy in the kids meal that was annoying because we had toddlers but whatever. The new burgers they gave us were dave’s juniors!!! Definitely not worth $50 and not big enough to feed the hungry guys I had to feed. I was mad tried to call them because I didn’t want to drive back down. I wanted a refund because I did not get what I paid for. They didn’t answer I got busy and just left it at that. Now today(Monday) I gave the toddlers the coupons for the free frosties and they went to redeem them at a different Wendy’s closer to home and the coupons they gave us were EXPIRED!! I again tried to call this location 3 more times with no answer. I’m very upset and unable to go to this location today to get it sorted out in person.
