Okay. One, trying to find a place to review that you will know for sure will get to management is ridiculous. It's probably because they know how low their rating would actually be. So first off, I worked at a Wendy's for over a year, which was literally just last year that I left due to moving. To make a float it literally only requires you to fill up a clear cup, the same one that is used for lemonades, to Wendy's nose with the customers choice of soda and then the rest of the way with either vanilla or chocolate frosty. You can use EITHER a dome or flat top lid. So, when I went to order one everything was fine, then when I got to the window to pay an older lady came to the back and yelled at the cashier who also took the order that they didn't have floats, which as I described before isn't true since they have soda and a frosty machine and clear cups. So, we changed it to a frosty and went to the second window. I proceeded to ask the lady why they didn't do the floats anymore and she said because they didn't have the cups to do them in, I pointed out that the cups were right there and how I worked at a Wendys and knew what cups were used. So then she said they didn't have the lids because the some lids had to be used. I told her that also wasn't true because you CAN use a flat lid. She proceeded to be rude and hateful. She threw it on her manager said she couldn't. Really I just think this lady was lazy and didn't feel like making one. I try to be vey understanding with fast food employees since I've worked at a McDonalds as well and I know the struggle of it, but the employees at almost EVERY fast food eatablishment in Clinton is less than desirable. Seriously, it's sad how not even an adult can have some type of pride in her job and learn customer service. It's not that freaking hard. So, in my opinion I wouldn't dine at this place unless you're prepared to deal with someone who could care less about...

Updated review 4/29/25 since apparently I cannot leave another review due to posting one last year.
Once again line was wrapped almost around the building due to lack of competent workers so I decide go to inside. Well the competency was not much better in there.
Order was right thankfully although not fresh but reheated with the exception of my fries bc I ordered no salt.
The coke machine regardless of the drink I got tasted unbalanced in the syrup to carbonation ratio (Jackson Coca Cola issue).
I asked for napkins was told they was out. I asked for a dine in tray and was told they do lot offer that even though I seen at least a dozen trays. I suppose the employees are just too lazy to clean the lobby or pick up trays.
With all said it was yet again nothing but a disappointment and the franchise owner as well as Wendy’s corporation should be ashamed. I have had better service at McDonalds of all places.
You can tell by previous reviews that not one single person from WENDYS cares about what patrons think about this establishment. The fact that not one review has been relied to speaks volumes.

She was so rude and nasty to the fact I didn't even eat my food after I left from getting my food at the next window . My kids wanted Wendy's so I ended up just staying and went on to order. They rude and have a nasty attitude even the employees. Keep in mind I went at 10:40 ,when they start saleing lunch. My food was so cold as if they cooked it at 9:00 clock while they was serving breakfast . The fries was stiff cold, and dry. The drinks tasted like water,as if they are to lazy or busy to change out the drink machine. I hope who ever own this place get there workers together ,ESPECIALLY THE MANAGERS. I WISH I COULD HAVE GOTTEN HER NAME. I WOULD HAVE LEFT IT HERE. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME SPENDING 32.00 FOR SOME TRASH FOOD AND SOME EMPLOYEES COOKING IT AS IF THEY CAN CARELESS,WHAT THEY FEED US.
