Fernando's Burritos — Restaurant in Cloudcroft

Worth the stop if you are passing by and worth multiple trips if you are staying in the area! Huge homemade, with fresh ingredients burritos and other Mexican fare at this spot. The burritos are massive so be aware of that. Definitely easy to share or split into 2 meals. I've taken an extra burrito to my campsite and I didn't eat it until the next day and even cold it was awesome!! I have tried the breakfast and the dinner ones and all are great and full of perfectly cooked and seasoned ingredients of your choice. My wife also loved these burritos. We have gotten them for brunch and dinner. Usually there is no line and the food comes out pretty fast for making everything from scratch.

The tortillas are homemade and always perfectly toasted. If you hate burritos that don't toast the tortillas well, then you'll love these because they don't do that here.

The last day in town we make it to Fernando’s. We ate. We ate good. Dang good food. How good? We went back that night for dinner. Then we went back in the morning for breakfast before we left out for home 10 hours away. That’s right! They serve lunch, dinner, and a killer freaking breakfast burrito. Do yourself a favor when you are anywhere near Cloudcroft. Go get some tacos or the mammoth sized burrito. Say hi to the friendly folks severing up the best food in Cloudcroft.

We owned a restaurant in the village so we know how hard it is here. His food has the authentic flavor and huge portions and very morish you can't stop eating even when full! Freshness of ingredients comes through in every bite! Nice job mate your awesome at what you do, keep it up it's not easy and it's hard work but man you do a fantastic job!
