McDonald's — Restaurant in Cloverdale

I Love McDonald's ❣️❣️❣️ I've been going to there for 58 yrs ❣️❣️❣️ I lived on the Southside of Indy Indianapolis, In and it was just N of Hanna on Shelby St I was 12 yrs old and it was the about the second one in Indy my friends and I went there everyday rain or snow plus walked six plus blocks So I have always been addicted to McDonald's But I got tired of eating warm food so I when I get warm food I'd bring it back I usually get down the road I'd start eating and it's cold before I get home i live a very short distance from McDonald's My whole meal is cold it's hard to warm up fries and any sandwich with the bun Anyway l don't always get fries and I was hungry for fries so ordered them and a double with cheese no onions and extra pickleaI drove and a Senior Coke I splurged on the med fries and I love Your Fries but they we're Barely Warm so I went to the window told her what happened and I waited at the Window where you wait for special orders or messed up food She brought me a Large order of fries I was Happy because She was Kind Understanding and Generous My fries were Hot and I Love my Fries HOT just out of the Fryer but they always want to let them cool but if a customer wants them HOT they should be able to get them Especially if you are 71 years Young Plus in response to a comment about old people falling is partially because there aren't any auto buttons to help people be able to get in the door because I suppose they would be ugly on the building and everyone would see them which You Wouldn't Want I almost Always go to the Drive-Threw Window because The Seats are NOT Comfortable because you don't want people to sit and visit as in a regular Restaurant but oh that's what you call McDonald's isn't it but you by design made sure the seats Aren't Comfortable so People don't sit and talk with their Friends so except for when my friends and I do go to McDonald's I SIT outside in my CAR whatever the WEATHER iS OUTSIDE BECAUSE YOU SHOULD AS A COURTESY TO HANDICAPPED PEOPLE NEEDS Rails for THEM ALL YEAR LONG and i won't come IN Till I feel like I won't Fall became I don't want to be in the Hospital or nursing home I Love Your Food but it isn't a HANDICAPPED Friendly place to go for Seniors but there isn't but one Sit Down Restaurant where I live except for the Truck Stop and you know where that is if you know I was there last week I'd Like to Know How YOU KNOW I WAS THERE AND Know MY NAME. Well. This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered two egg mcmuffins an two bagel sandwiches. When I got to work I noticed I got two bagel sandwiches and two English muffins. I immediately called McDonald's and talked to Randy. I told him I paid for two egg mcmuffins and two bagel sandwiches with the round eggs. I said the bill was over 20.00. Randy was very nice and apologized profusely. He said when I come in the next morning to tell the staff that Randy said to replace my order. Later that day. I pulled out my receipt to prepare for my visit and sheepishly I noticed that I paid for two English muffins. Now I'm wondering if I said English muffins. 🤔 Randy. McDonald's in Cloverdale Indiana , I don't always get your order right to include thoughtful things like putting your napkins in the bag we've lived in Cloverdale for a little over a year at least five times going to this McDonald's I've ordered something and got home and not had what I wanted and made sure that my children had and I done without because they could not get the order right. Also I personally know two people that have worked for this McDonald's one being a . Schedules are not given out in advance. They let you know when they want you to come in which is not productive for a family. Most reasonable jobs gives you a schedule in advance. Veterans as well as families in general need stability. Be willing to do what you expect your employees to do. She probably really work on your management and who you have Staffing employees you might be able to keep what you have a little better.
