Always fantastic customer service from Sophia and Kathryn. They make great drinks, offer great suggestions, & greet everyone with courtesy & smiles.

However at about 3:30pm today at Bottoms Up Clovis, it was a poor experience. A young, hispanic(?) woman with 3 letters tattooed on her lower back handed me a blended drink that was dripping onto my hand, pants, & new car. I tried to ask her for napkins but she ignored me & was talking to girlfriends that pulled up to the other window. I kept asking her for napkins, but she kept her back to me. So I was waiting in line for 45min. “KID YOU NOT!!” there was literally one car which is the red one u see in my photo . There truck on the other side is an employee I am assuming Bc this guy came out on of the building .. so by the time I got to the window it was 1:50.
