Burger King — Restaurant in Clovis

update 1/2/22: there is a new girl she's been there a few months and has completely turned around this locale. Single handedly is responsible for the turn around. I dont know her name but (not to be rude) she has a physical impairment. That young lady is always so positive and hard worker and deserves a raise!

old review: It's a shame that this is the only bk we have in town. In one of the instances I took an online order and was told they aren't taking mobile orders because of down frying options and in order to get refunded id have to call an 800 number. I had to call customer service and never got my money back. When I order here the following is what I can expect: always awful angry or sloppy embarrassing service, cold food, wrong order or no ketchup or condiments. I remember the Burger King when it used to be at the Domino's location and how better the food and service was and it's been going downhill for years. Who is to blame... management? the owners? It would have been a 1-star review but there are no options in Clovis and I don't want Burger...

Absolutely horrible. I ordered the plant based impossible whopper and ended up getting sick. The onion rings were half cooked and cold. I ordered chicken nuggets for my dog and he also became sick. Every time I order at this place the employees on the drive thru window keep asking “Is that it, is that it, is that it”? By doing this method you keep trying to make the patron hurry up on their order as if the employee taking the order is in a hurry themselves. There has been too many occasions where this particular location keeps messing up orders and giving you half cooked items. I do not recommend this place for food and calling on fellow soldiers and veterans to stay clear of this place. The funny thing is that prices keeps increasing while the food quality and customer service keeps decreasing. UPDATE 12/2024: This place has been so hit or miss over the years. But for some reason, my kids love it, so we find ourselves here often. And I can only recall ONE order in 7 years that wasn't wrong somehow. Doesn't matter how simple the order is. Doesn't matter if there are no customizations. Fried stuff is always cold. Fried foods are supposed to have a life of 7 minutes in the warmer. After that, they have to be tossed because they will no longer be good. On several - DOZENS of occasions they have made my sandwich wrong (or even made the entirely WRONG sandwich), but they mark it correctly on the wrapper. The only explanation for that is someone making a mistake, realizing they made a mistake when they mark the wrapper, and then sending it out wrong on purpose.
