I went in to try to switch over my services and Carla was the employee at the time I went in. She was very inexperienced at her job and knew nothing I asked. A customer overheard my conversation and informed me more than Carla did. Carla seemed not to know anything, maybe she should find a job she’s more familiar with. Very poor customer service at this location. I do not recommend this location to anyone, maybe another service provider would be better.

I would like to thank Tanya the store sales associate, for making my experience at this location AMAZING!!! I would definitely send any friend or family member here for service, just to meet with her. Tanya helped me and got me the product I needed in a timely manner.
