Colorado Grill — Restaurant in Clovis

After years of passing by, my family decided to try this place. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience here from the moment we walked in. The young lady taking our order was extremely rude. While ordering, she was mumbling under her breath and making faces. My husband asked how many sizes of drinks they carry and she proceeded to make a face at him as if he were stupid and said nothing. She lifted a stack of cups at him and slowly nodded as if it we had a hard time comprehending. After she took our order, our friend put his in. While he was ordering she had the same deminer. We all thought this was strange and let it go. Immediately after taking our order, another set of customers walked in, and WOW THE DIFFERENCE IN ATTITUDE. She had a smile plastered on her face and seemed very enthusiastic taking their order. This was shocking to us since we had received the polar opposite treatment. Later, while we were filling our drinks we notice people had cups of different sizes. Funny, because we asked this question and received no answer. But, we let it go. We sat waiting in the dining area for 30 minutes, waiting for our to go order. Finally, another worker came and asked us for our order name. There was no order with our name because it was put in under a different name, fine no harm no foul. When we get home our order was wrong. Myself, nor my family felt that the treatment we received from the young lady taking our order was warranted. We will not be back and I am highly disappointed in the customer service. This was honestly the worst experience...

One of best "Family Owned" burger eateries in the area. I'd recommend the boulder burger and/or the big burger.depending how hungry you are. They offer double paddys too.

Colorado grill also has various sandwiches and options...chicken, salads, egg sandwich, tuna, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, pastrami, and ice cream scooped milk shakes.

The boulder is flavorful, and BIG (1/2 lb i think)...it will definitely fill you up. The family also loves the 4 main types of fries offered (skinny, fat-steak, curly fries, and sweet potato).

Customer service is great as well. The restaurant retains their employees well, so you see familiar faces every time you visit or pickup to go.

We routinely support family owned businesses as it supports our community.

Prices are still reasonably low compared to many others. If using a pickup service, i suggest using Chownow as the prices match the menu in store.

The other GH, and DD apps pack on extra cost.

This grill is one of the last few real grills in the area that will make you want to return again and again. We attempt to return at least monthly.

We have tried the so called "new" other burger places in the city, and nothing compares...

I've been going to this colorado grill for a long time. Haven't had CG in a while and my girlfriend and I order for pick up. We get out food, drive home, and it was just all bad.

Her chicken sandwich wasnt very hot or even warm. And my burger was cold. I asked for bacon on my burger and they used turkey bacon. Not once did the word Turkey come out of my mouth. Both of our buns where stale and our fries where cold. It almost seemed like we got someone else's order that had been sitting.

I mean, during covid-19, I want to support my local business, but this was just horrible. Let alone I am writing this review the next day and both of our stomachs are jacked up. So. That's not looking good CG. Might want to take a look at your staff cause that's just some lazy work. Could of been worse if we got...
