Tillys — Local services in Clovis

I haven't had such friendly customer service in a long time. I'm a little bit strange and I don't dress up very well and have very bad anxiety in stores, usually I go in and get out as fast as I can with what I need I rarely shop around. I was already anxious entering this Tilly's for the first time. But I have a friend who loves stuff from here and it's his birthday, so I mustered the courage to go in and quickly check out what he wanted. Alot of stores I get judgy looks and just overall rudeness from staff, I ignore but I definitely notice. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, was asked several times if I needed any help and to let them know if I did. What I needed ended up being super close to the front counter so I became a bit anxious about getting so close to the staff members for an extended amount of time, but they were so genuinely kind it felt like I was honestly at a family store. I felt so comfortable here I literally spent 3 hours here just looking around and trying on jewelery, I'm very indecisive so I ended up getting something for myself too. They have fashionable items here for both genders and I see many kids coming here too with there parents so I guess it also has items for kids. I was so happy with the comfort and service I received that I immediately decided to write this review in the parking lot. The staff is very friendly. I was honestly scared going in because my ANXIETY IS SO TERRIBLE. I know, as an adult it's weird but, I can't help it, it makes me want to flee, but I felt very comfortable here. I came on a Monday. Yesterday I went to Tillys looking for a shirt for my husband from my daughter who had to work yesterday. I asked the first associate if they had any Salty Crew shirts. First associate say yes and pointed to several areas and basically bush me off. I am permanently disabled and it hard for me to bend down or stand for long periods of time. I found a shirt but could not find my husband size. I asked the second associate Sarah if they had any in the back. Sarah not only went in the back to double check but she said I can help you look. She took me to each section where they had Salty Crew stuff.She spent at least twenty minutes just to help me look for my husband size. She was so extremely helpful. No one greeted me when I walked in. In fact no one addressed me AT ALL. At any point asking if I needed help with anything. Once I had picked 2 things to try on I stood by the dressing rooms where no one came to help at all, I had to walk to the front of the store to find someone to open a room for me.
