The staff here is very kind and the location is clean but their work flow could be improved to increase overall order efficiency and customer satisfaction. Most working here are young teens/adults and mean well but each visit I've seen orders be forgotten/skipped (including my own), incorrectly made, ingredients not being ready to use for menu items, and I think it all comes down to team communication and planning.
For example today, I came in around noon on a weekday (I was the first there before the lunch rush began) and the crew initially had two employees working together. However, one abruptly left the counter to take his own lunch break when the other younger girl was clearly overwhelmed and in need of support during the rush. She ended up forgetting my smoothie, giving the person who ordered after me an incorrect one (it was probably supposed to be mine) so that guest drove back to get the mistake fixed, and instead of taking care of my missed order she couldn't decide if she wanted to take more orders or make the outstanding ones...so she proceeded to take everyone else's orders and made me wait to receive mine which should have been the first one done.
It was pretty chaotic and I wanted to offer to help her because she seemed so kind and left with no support from her colleague. Management might want to better strategize staff meal break times since Jamba is a food business that ultimately should cater to the consumers typically on tight time constraints to get their own meals during the business day.
I've given feedback to this Clovis location about a similar encounter a couple of months ago and their VP of operations (Gary) is also very kind and generous in wanting to provide customers with a good experience. However, I think more oversight is needed at this location to make the customer experience satisfactory every time. Read moreApproximately a week and half ago, I had the opportunity to share my amazing customer service experience with this location's manager. I explained to him in thorough detail that I have never experienced or received such amazing customer service from any Food Restaurant Chain in the entire city of Clovis and city of Fresno. I travel a lot as I'm now retired. But I had some downtime to reach out to this location directly and tell their manager that their super fantastic employee, Angelina is absolutely amazing with her positive energy and courteous spirit. Almost Two Sundays ago, I had walked into the Jamba Juice location at Herndon and Willow and was greeted by, Angelina with her spectacular smile and warm welcome. She was gracious enough to take my order right away soon after she was done cleaning up her workstation. She then informed me that she was helping out this location as her primary location was this location at Herndon and Clovis. I had previously ordered and picked up my drinks by Herndon and 99. I did not change the location. When I got there and waited for about 10 minutes but nothing showed up, I asked. One of the Juicer makers ask for my name and found out that I had the wrong location. He pointed out and turned back to his responsibilities of making juice.
