We’ve been here a bunch so I just wanted to comment on the summer menu items. I’ll say that my wife and our family loves this restaurant. I came here after work one Friday and had bottomless mimosas. It was wonderful. On this particular occasion, my wife and I went with my sister’s in-laws from North Carolina. I will pause here to say that they are perhaps the sweetest people on the planet and their accent sounds like molasses poured over fried chicken and waffles. It’s the echoing somnolence of the Blue Ridge mountains. It fills our hearts with joy. Pan-Seared Salmon Piccata-$17 I chose this dish and I wasn’t planning to eat all of it. The salmon was crisped and caramelized at the edges, with a lemony, garlicky loose topping over it. The asparagus was ample, large pieces lightly sautéed. No crunch, no mush. The pasta was coated in oil and mixed well with the salmon and garlic topping. I would have liked to add some lemon over top to complete the effect or have some parsley mixed in to the pasta, but overall it was very satisfying. I ate the whole thing, even the piece I set aside for my wife (mostly because I forgot why I had put it there and also because I wanted to eat it). Shrimp and Asparagus Angel Hair Pomodoro-$15 My wife had this for dinner and then for lunch the next day (she has more self-control than I). She had it again the following Friday when we came back. She loved the mozzarella, which got some good cheese stretch when mixed with the hot pasta. She liked the small bites of asparagus and shrimp. I stole a shrimp (as one does) and found that it had plenty of pop to it. It had a light, herbaceous seasoning over it, mostly of basil. It was another light summer dish which could have valued the inclusion of a lemon to brighten it. Lasagna My sister’s father-in-law enjoyed this, though he couldn’t finish it. I enjoyed hearing his position on it because we found his Carolina lilt incredibly soothing and possibly therapeutic. He gave it two thumbs up! Manicotti with Meatballs My sister’s mother-in-law enjoyed her meal as well, especially the plentitude of cheese and sauce. She found it helped to coat the meatballs and overall endear the dish to her, as she was to us with every syllable she uttered. Overall, a wonderful meal! We recommend the summer menu items that we tried and furthermore recommend having in-laws from North Carolina because their sweet southern twang will warm your heart and soothe your worn, city folk souls.

During a recent visit to Clovis, CA, our hunger led us straight to Italian food, and Di Cicco’s seemed like the perfect choice. The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we arrived, but we had to wait a few moments before the hostess emerged from the back where she appeared to be handling a to-go order. Once she returned, we were seated promptly. Our waitress, while quick and efficient, seemed a bit rushed and perhaps a touch curt—understandable, given that it was the day before a holiday. Now, let's talk about the food. It was solid, though not extraordinary: Caprese Salad: The cheese was quite firm, almost reminiscent of chicken at times. There wasn’t quite enough balsamic vinegar, but the overall flavor was still enjoyable. Chicken Parmigiana: Flavorful, delicious, and hearty—definitely a filling option. Spaghetti Limon: Tasty and well-executed, though the artichoke hearts had a canned taste and could’ve been chopped smaller. The chicken was tender and flavorful, which helped elevate the dish. Calzone: Unfortunately, this was a letdown. It was quite dry and difficult to cut, even with a knife. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d rate it a 3. Cheese Garlic Bread: A standout. It was excellent, and the marinara sauce had a delightful kick to it. We also ordered a glass of wine, which the server forgot at first, but it did arrive just as we were getting our bill. The prices were reasonable for an Italian meal, and the service, while not exceptional, was adequate. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, with food that ranged from impressive to mediocre. Overall, Di Cicco’s is worth checking out, though your experience may vary.

Amazing food and great service, I came in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the fair pricing and huge portions, this is truly a great first time experience and I will be back. To add to everything they have good inside the restaurant there is free covered parking and free charging for EV's two Tesla 32amp 24 mph and two charge point 1772 chargers, way to be ahead of the curve and offer an cool plus free E gas!

My experience at DiCicco's was certainly not a very good one. In response to Christy Romero's post...... about 50 ladies walked into the restaurant all at once and said they needed to be out of there and back at their meeting in 45 minutes and they all needed separate checks. I explained that that many separate checks alone could take 20 minutes. I told them we couldn't do it but the manager went ahead with it anyways. I was the only server and we only had one cook but they wanted us to seat them, take their orders, get their drinks, cook the food, serve the food and do all those separate checks in less than 45 minutes. A second manager came in and eventually came out to help. He took a party of 7. The ladies were all very rude and so the manager had me go to them so "they had a fresh face" but they just continued being rude and berating me. After 45 minutes and lots of rudeness there was still no food for two parties of 7. They said they just wanted their food to go and to pay. As the kitchen was boxing up the food about 20 ladies all lined up at the register. The manager did not know how to do separate checks so he sent me to the register to split all the checks on his table. I had to keep asking who had what to eat and drink. while I was doing this all the ladies in line were complaining and yelling at me. There was nothing I could do to help them and I asked the manager to come to the register but he just left me to deal with it and to keep getting yelled at for 15 minutes straight. I was on the verge of TEARS but instead of crying I broke down and walked away saying, "I'm gonna go wait on my table that's actually going to tip me". With two managers there I never should have been put in that position. I have never worked anywhere that the manager would let a customer berate their employee for 15 minutes until there were tears in their eyes. He ended up comping And voiding almost a couple hundred dollars worth of food. Later a banquet of 40 people came in. The manager told me to go tell them they must be at the wrong place. They kept insisting it was there and once again a manager left me to deal with it for over 10 minutes until they finally came out and told the people they were at the wrong place. Then one of the guests showed the manager the paperwork for the banquet. The managers lost it. A couple other minor disasters like this happened in the short time I was there. I'm sorry my job didn't work out but the way the restaurant is run is pretty poor. I love the restaurant business and am great with customers under any other circumstance. I hope that they can get their systems...

OMG! ive been here 2times 1 for my anniversary last year in the lounge and once this past week in the family area. they are totally different in attitudes with the waiters and waitresses the 1 we had in the lounge for our anniversary was awesome he had a good attitude made sure we had fresh food clean silverware, kept hot bread on the table and not once did we have to ask for refills he was on it! great service and food there..,,, I'd give that side a 5star for buuuttttt the family ugly side, omg the waitress we had this time had crazy attitude! she didn like that she had to get an high chair which came dirty an asked for a new 1 in which she didnt like. We then order and I order my drink he orders his I order my food he wasnt there to eat just there for my company as he had food ordered at the cheesecake factory on take out so waited and enjoyed mine which was lovely... the waitress takes my order looks at him and says and you? he says im fine just her order she says with attitude "Thats it? thats allllllll your ordering?" rolls her eyes and takes the menus. as she walks back she gives us our drinks begins to walk away and we ask for bread basket please as of course it is already supposed to be served at drink time and she brings back a cold basket and mis match loaf and aome upside down... it was ok we ate it Anyway so my order comes im eating but am having an tough time cutting my calzone due to it being slightly crispy which was ok but I had an knife that was completely dull and so I ask for a diff 1 and explain its not sharp enough she stands there looks at me says to a employee wide eyes oookkkaaayyyy like wtf??? an comes back with a new 1 I show her the difference in the knives now between sharp and dull becauseI figu4 maybe she doesnt know...I mean I uh walked in the back and grabbed a knife myself but its not my kitchen. she then looks at me smerks grabs the knife from my hand and leaves...so as were eating he finishes his drink even before she brought my order she didn refill his until we literally were payingfor the check omg idk whAt crawled up this girls butt but she was sooooo rude whats the point in working there if you dont like people or working i mean im sure people want a job or need 1 an know how to do it over this girls attitude! ill always sit on the lounge side from now on away from...
