Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clovis

I ordered two medium pizzas on Monday the 1st and they told me that they were 5 dollars a piece so I asked for two pizzas with pepperoni,italian sausage and jalapeno and I called back and asked them why my pizzas were not delivered and told that they tried to deliver them but I didn't answer my phone and i said no one called me and then they told me that it was sitting under the heat lamps and that they would deliver them again and when the delivery guy got here he told me that they gave him the wrong number to call but he was courteous and I didn't notice the bill until he had left and it was 23.17 and I couldn't believe it and I called the Clovis dominoes and asked why my bill was so much and they told me that it was because I ordered with 3 toppings and I said the person i ordered from never explained how many toppings i could get and so I asked for the number of headquarters because I wanted to call and no one knew or cared about what happened and it took one hour and ten minutes to get my pizza! I don't think that they were trained properly or taught them how to talk to customers because they were rude and didn't care! I just want to know what you are going to do about my bill because I thought I was going to pay 10 dollars but it was more than double that and they need to teach them what they are doing i put it on my credit card and i am on a fixed income and I would not have ordered 3 toppings if i knew that the price was different! If I could give a 0 star review I would. This place is horrible. The other night I ordered a handmade pan pizza, bread bites and some marinara. When the delivery arrived they forgot the marinara and said they would be right back, by the time they came back I started eating the pizza and realized that the pizza wasn’t even fully cooked and was still half raw dough. Work When the driver came back with the marinara I told him about the uncooked pizza so he said he would bring me a new one and told me to keep the other one and suggested I “put it in the over and finish cooking it”??? Are you serious dude? So after that about 15/20 min later he comes back AND THE NEW PIZZA WAS STILL HALF COOKED, I told the dude just bring it back and give me a refund. I figured maybe they had a problem with there oven that night or something or maybe just had some stupid employees. So a few days have passed and I decide to go in and order a pizza. What are the chances they are gonna mess up another pizza? So I order my favorite handmade pan pizza. THE PIZZA WAS STILL NOT FULLY COOKED!!!! I told the manager and he looked at me like I’m stupid, literally looked like he just expected me to eat a raw pizza and asked if I wanted them to remake it. I told them to just make a regular pizza because they obviously don’t know how to make a handmade pan. I love dominoes but this is the last time I will be eating it...

They have "curbside delivery 4pm-9pm" posted on their door. In ordered pizza online and followed the directions. Sat in the parking lot with my hazards on for over 10 minutes. Called the store. They said they dont do it "because of covid." Its because of this covid farse they dominos created curbside delivery. They argued about the sign posted on the door saying it was for delivery to your house only. The shift manager didn't have a clue on anything and was rude about the whole thing. They can't work the drive thru correctly, that takes up to 30 minutes and now they can't even walk the pizza out. If they are THAT afraid of covid, they need to stay home and hire people that want to work.

Update: still a one star. I ordered carryout from the store.. only to a locked door. Was forced to go through the drive thru. 20 minutes later (after no one understood how to use cash and card) I finally got the pizza. Online offers Carryout from store, curbside and drive thru but this store does whatever the hell it wants. Follow regulations or find a new...
