HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Do not order from here!! I placed an online order, asked to have text messages sent to me on the status of my order and was only notified when the pizza was in the oven. I called an hour later to check the status and the kid that answered the phone put me on hold three times because he could not find the order I placed. I originally placed the order to be delivered, and was told after the second time being put on hold that they did not deliver to my area. I let them know that the day before someone delivered to my neighbors house, and that was why I ordered from them. I go to pick up my pizza and asked to speak to the manager, looked like no one wanted to talk to me and they just chose one of their co workers that was up front. I informed her that someone had just delivered to my neighbors house the day before, all she could tell me was that that person must have been new and didn't know their boundaries. On top of that the kid that I spoke to over the phone tells me that he forgot to put my order in the oven, and that it was going to be a six minute wait, on top of the hour I waited before I called, and the half hour it took to drive there and talk to the "manager". They offered to give me a cheese pizza for my troubles which only added insult to injury. But the customer service was just pathetic from the moment I walked in. From the kid with just a blah attitude to the fake manager (and if she was the manager, no apologies for the inconvenience). I have never experienced customer service to that extent. Read moreWorst Pizza shop in town. I placed an order on 5/24/18 and went to go pick up the pizza at 7:20 pm. There was no one at front reception to attend to me. I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came to the front. They looked up my order and I paid my dues. The guy said it would take 5 minutes, so I sat and wait for the pizza. 20 minutes passed, and nothing happened. I reminded him again and he said to wait 5 more minutes. 10 minutes passed and I reminded him again, and then he talked to the girl in the back and who was making the pizza and was supposed to be in charge at that time. She said to wait 5 minutes more because the pizza was in the oven. 5 more minutes passed, and when they went to go check in the oven, there was nothing there. After I waited 30-40 minutes, all I got was they did not know what happened to my order and it isn’t ready. They asked me to wait 15 minutes so they could make the pizza. I was fed up, so I told them to cancel the order and refund me the money. The girl who was working in the back said she can only do it and the guy can’t, so I had to wait. I waited for 5 more minutes and she never came to front to cancel the order. I became so frustrated that I left. I never plan to come back. This was one of the worse customer experiences I have had in my life. The people were working were irresponsible, lazy and did not care about the customers. Read moreI ordered online and needed a comment box in the order section to let the store know I couldn’t have anything acidic or spicy on my pizza, including something acidic or spicy touching it or accidentally dropping on it otherwise it would affect my bladder and I’d have to go to the hospital if I accidentally ate anything acidic or spicy. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to call the store? Also, someone wanted Brooklyn Style, but it wasn’t available online. The pepperoni and feta pizza had only 9 small pieces of feta on it. I even lifted up the pepperoni to make sure there weren’t any pieces hiding. There were 8 slices, so that comes out to about one little piece of feta per slice. I’m not greedy, I just expect if I order a topping for it to actually have a decent amount. I feel like I got ripped off. To make matters worse, the driver showed up with no Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes. He said he didn’t carry any. Since when did pizza delivery drivers not carry Parmesan cheese and red pepper for pizza?! We felt ripped off paying $17.25 plus $4 tip for some things we felt were missing from our order.
