I'm willing to give it another try, but this experience was not a good one. The line was ridiculously long, but that's to be expected with this particular company. There was nobody outside taking orders and it was our first time at this particular store, so we didn't know what to do. Probably the fourth time this week. I got to talking to Aiden(sorry if I got it wrong) and he was awesome and understanding. The physical divider from the kitchen makes it impossible to see anyone waiting to order, and when I finally made myself known the staff made it clear they were very busy. (I was the only person waiting to order inside.) They clearly prioritize online orders and drive-thru. So be prepared to wait. I went in late morning so after the early rush to meet friends.
