Davincis Pizza-Fresno — Restaurant in Fresno

Worst pizza place in town. I have been ordering pizza for months from here. The pizza is not the best but I always prefer to give business to the small companies to help grow small businesses. I ordered some time ago and sent my husband for pick up. My 3 years old was playing with my phone so when my husband came back he told me he didn’t make it and they were already closed. I called the next morning and apologized and offered to pay for the pizza and get another one. The person on the phone seem no to know what I was talking about so just took my order and they deliver it. I called today and the manager was so rude telling me I wanted their food and money and that she will not take my order didn’t even listen to me and hung up on me. Be careful worst customer service ever I would tell all ny friends that live in the area stop ordering from them and I will order from Domino’s now on. I have never experienced something like this she dig not know if we had an emergency maybe I had to go to the hospital. We are human this can happen to anyone I have never seen a customer service like this with a customer that has been ordering for months twice...

Went back to this location to get 2 Pepperoni Pizzas. Called ahead to get a price. $8 each, $18 and change after taxes for both. Ok. Pizzas were ready by the time I got there (5ish mins later). As usual, the food was great and friendly interaction with the staff. Why the one star? Well the receipt on the box showed $17.25 total ($7.99 x2 for $15.98 plus $1.27 Tax), but I was charged $18.63?!? WTF?!? I will now be avoiding this place and recommending others to do the same. The food was amazing!! The staff was polite and friendly. Why 3 stars then, well communication and lack of. When I arrived to pay (I ordered online), I asked how long it would take for my order to be ready (pile of wings and Pepperoni Pizza). I was told 15 mins. Cool. Ill go get the other things I needed and come back. The order was finally ready over 1 hour later!! I am not upset about the amount of time it took, but the fact I was told 15 mins... Had I known it would take so long, I would've planned the pickup differently or went...

I can't give any stars when have nameless people running the Establishment. I felt my order wasn't right he Insisted he was right and made the order correctly and did not want to refund my money. When I asked to speak with his supervisor He claimed to be supervisor on shift. I I asked what his store manager's name is he wouldn't give me that person's name when I asked what his name was he didn't want to give me his name either. This is the kind of people running your business not taking responsibility for their shifts no accountability . Where's the customer service he could have at least attempted to make it right. The GARLIC BREAD WAS DRY AND TASTELESS. Will not return no stars for this...
