KFC — Restaurant in Clovis

I am a dasher in the area that frequently delivers for this restaurant through DoorDash. First time ever I’ve tried to use their bathroom today during my shift. I always use the restroom at whichever restaurant I happen to be at during my delivery day, unless I need to stop for gas, just to limit my stops in between customers. I always wash my hands, btw! Anyhow, today KFC refused to allow me access to their locked restroom. They said I had to be a customer. I told the young man working, I technically am since I’m here for a pickup order. I am the dasher for this order. I showed him the info on my phone, and he explained they were still working on the order, but even still, I could not use the restroom without a purchase of my own. What?! So I’m delivering orders for a restaurant that refuses to allow any dashers to use the restroom, unless they buy something? Aren’t dashers helping these restaurants earn money? So that makes me a customer and an employee! Because of this, I will never again eat at this location or accept any orders from this location. This is an abhorrent way to treat their dashers!! We had food that was ordered and supposed to be ready at 11:30am. I got there at 11:30 and after 5 minutes of them trying to figure it out. They finally told me that they needed to make it so it would be 30 minutes. I Paid them in full and then I left to run some errands and I came back in 30 minutes and waited for another five minutes while they were supposedly getting my food together and then all the sudden the lady came up and told me they were gonna have to make some more because they sold all of that chicken because people came in. I told her that I had already ordered the chicken and I had already been waiting an extra 30 minutes and that I had already paid her in full so she should have kept my chicken. She did not agree with me so nonetheless, I had her reimburse my credit card and I walked out. I like their food and they weren’t necessarily rude, but they don’t communicate very well and they sure don’t know how to treat customers. While I was there, two other customers had to come out from the bathrooms and ask for paper towels because they could not dry their hands. Went through the drive through 20 min before closing ordered fries and instead of making them they told us they were out so they didn’t have to clean after, the fries came with a combo that was ordered and we waited to be asked what we would like as a replacement in which was not offered until I asked the employee what would replace the fries in the combo. We asked for potato wedges And again they were out. So we asked for mashed potatoes. Got to the window was given the order and I asked the employee if everything was in the bag he turned and asked the employee that handed it to them and then told me yes. We pulled forward and looked and found that out the chicken Little that was ordered and the mashed potatoes that was to replace the fries was not in the bag but instead macorini and cheese. Called them and they asked us to return and when we got there the employee gave us the look like he didn’t know what we were talking about. They have us the missing items. Bad service near closing time as they don’t want to make anything they are out of when it’s ordered.
