Ever had to microwave pizza you ordered right after if arrives?!
I’m never ordering from here and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else order from them either. I ordered my pizzas for delivery at either just before 6 or shortly after the stroke of 6. It didn’t arrive until about 7:30. Which wouldn’t have been a massive issue, just a minor inconvenience. But the pizzas weren’t even close to being hot. As though they were made and then left out for 40 minutes, someone remembered and THEN sent it out for delivery. That’s insane. Well I had to serve my kids some of this pizza because we are keeping up on bedtime.
We then called to request a refund. Services not rendered if you ask me. The manager, who never introduced themselves by name, told us that they could only do an exchange for the pizzas and not a refund. I expressed to them that I don’t trust that it would even show up on time. He seemed upset that I’d even suggest that it would take so long. I reiterated that I do not want to have to wait another hour for another cold pizza. If he had prioritized our pizza or managed the time better(maybe not making the pizza right away if you KNOW that delivery is delayed) then we wouldn’t have been in this position.

This visit was a complete disappointment. Took my family here for dinner. Note that the place was NOT busy. We ordered 2 pizza and blindly gave a $10 tip upfront as courtesy towards service. Lets just say 40mins later and we still do NOT have our 2 pizza we ordered. I walked up front to ask for my pizza and they all looked as if I was crazy. No one took responsibility nor explanated what happened. This is a disappointing experience; I decided to just get my refund and find a place elsewhere to eat with my family where we are NOT ignored. Me and Ed's was always a place where we took our sport team outings and place of large group gatherings. Needless to say, my family and I will never return nor will we ever recommend to hold our team events or gatherings there ever again.
To the Franchise owner and or general managers, I hope you are taking these reviews seriously and looking into these irresponsible activities of your managers and workers.
