Everyone is the store was extremely helpful so sorry for the not so great review. You all had free shipping on desks so I dont have to deal with the hassle right? Suppose to be here Wednesday, the Friday before I was home all day waiting on another package Saturday I check my status guess I got delivered on Friday. So I called they said uh it wasn't delivered and we can call you with in 24 hours to give you a better time and date to expect the package. Called like 30 hours latter oh well the People that would be able to do that dont work the weekends so Monday they'll probabaly call if its changed between 8 and 5. Like do you guys even know where my package is? Or how to tell people how things are done. Again this was customer service witch wasn't to do with this specific store but still shenanigans. Ready in 20 min for pickup is a lie. I received a text that said partial order was ready. I did't want to drive accross town for one of the Items. I called 2 hours later, they told me they do not have the chairmat I orded online for pick up. I specificly picked that mat because it said ready in 20 min. I chose another one but when checking out it said not in stock and would be delivered. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get what I ordered and will not be home. This is the second time this has happened. Clovis OfficeMax is the worst place to order online if you want to pick up same day. I'm sure I'll get an apology from the company which does not help me. The lady on the phone just told me I'm sorry but it will be delivered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

We placed on order for printed flyers at 8:30AM to be picked up same day. Ordering online states if you order before 2pm, it’ll be done before closing. The order confirmation said pickup time was 5pm. I called the store at 2pm asking for an update. The manager on duty said the order wasn’t started yet but they will start it and it’ll be done in about an hour. We get there to pick it up around 6pm. The employee in the back could not find it. Turns out the order still wasn’t started. A manager came back and was zero help whatsoever.
