My friends came down from Kansas to visit me fully aware that there is not much to do where I'm staying. I searched online for activities near me, and fortunately, this place popped up. We called them and the service was great. Options for escape rooms were simple and enticing. On such short notice, she had us booked for that day. Everything went smooth and was a great experience service wise.

When we arrived, the instructions were clear, concise, and we were ready to go. The room itself was intense and a completely different atmosphere than I was expecting.

Out of our group of 5, only 1 of us had experienced an escape room before. I was blown away by how complex, thought provoking, and immersing it was. My friend, who had done one before, said that this room was waayyy better than the other one he did. The most interesting and impressive part about this place is that all the rooms are created by the owner. Just when you think you've figured it out, there's another twist and turn that throws you for a loop. Jennifer did a great job and I will definitely be going back again sometime. Highly recommend bringing a group that has some intelligence all around because literally everyone will have there work cut out for them and need to do some thinking to solve it in the time limit.

My husband and I are big fans of escape rooms and have lots of experiences playing different rooms from traveling through different states and cities. We played the room Dooms Day and overall really enjoyed our experience at Under Lock and Key! Compared to some other rooms we have played, the room did lack some aesthetic however, this was her oldest room and the puzzles had an appropriate amount of difficulty which made the escape room on par with other escape rooms. Additionally, the owner did a wonderful job of creating a family friendly environment, and was there to help us have fun! Overall if you are in the Clovis area and looking for something fun to do I would recommend a room at Under Lock and Key!...

Jennifer was an awesome host & game master! I asked for her help making my daughter's 16th b-day special & she went above and beyond! So much that later my daughter thought I did the extras and I had to tell her that it was all Jennifer! Truly she was great and funny to boot! We played all 3 rooms & they were all fun & unique in different ways. Overall we think the candy shop was our favorite but I promise you won't be disappointed with whichever room you choose!
