Yosemite Falls Cafe - Shaw — Restaurant in Clovis

I have been coming to this restaurant for 12 years now since my grandson was born has been a Favorite of ours for all those years kind of makes it a tradition when he gets to come to visit which is not often that's the 1st thing he wants to do I want to thank them for always being extremely kind always helpful and very accommodating the food has always been wonderful and when there has ever been a problem which is not often they are right on top of making it right could not ask for a better place to eat a better place to enjoy time with my grandson. thank you. I'll never forget when he was little and wanted ice cream so bad but I never liked ice cream so they used to make him whip cream sundaes with sprinkles on top and he was always so tickled so in my opinion they go above and beyond to please their customers for this thanks is not enough the memories I have with my ground some there are replaceable So at this time I would like to thank the use somebody falls group in Clovis for making my time with my grandson more memorable and eyes a cancer patient those times don't come off so thank you...

I ordered the country sausage and eggs with eggs scrambled and country potatoes and an order of biscuits and gravy. Firstly, the staff truly make this location. My server was José, very charming and engaging, great with checking in on the table without being intrusive at all, incredibly charismatic. The manager had walked by also doing check ins and was also not intrusive. Second: my meal. Although the staff was all wonderful, the food is extremely bland. I had 3 sausage patties which were tasty, as well as the eggs. The country potatoes had no flavor Although being cooked O'Brian style, tasted no bell peppers or onions even though I could see them. Very disappointed cause I love country potatoes. The biscuits and gravy, were also bland with no flavor factor at all. Just plain old white gravy. No sausage pieces in the gravy, nothing. The biscuits were quite nicely done though. Thick and soft & fluffy. But the thin gravy wasn't enough to coat thes3 biscuits.

I'd say come for the staff alone honestly. I wouldn't be coming for...

We walked into a almost a empty restaurant (Clovis location) with no greeter at the front door. After my family and I (6 of us total) stood at the front door for at least 5 minutes we had a server as he was walking bye tell us that someone would be right with us. Just several moments later a gentleman came to the front area that was dressed in nice clothes indicating that he was someone of authority there. Not to help us or even greet us, he opened the register and started counting it. At this point it draws my attention to the plexiglass divider he was standing behind in silence as he counted his cash and I see a very small sign stating that they were being forced to charge an extra 3.5% to all purchases made in their restaurant. We dont see any other establishments in Clovis or Fresno for that matter charging this inflated charge. We will not be going back as long as this location continues to offer this poor of service, nor will we if they continue to charge this...
