The restaurant itself exudes a welcoming ambiance with its beautiful interior design. The use of yellow in their décor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere, complemented by ample seating. The open chaat bar concept is a feature that I particularly enjoyed, allowing me to watch as many of the chaat dishes were freshly prepared right before my eyes. As an avid fan of Indian chaat, my expectations were high, and I'm pleased to report that they were met and exceeded. The staff greeted me warmly upon entry and swiftly escorted me to a table. The owner/manager made a point to personally apologize for past closures, a gesture I appreciated for its sincerity.
My order included Pani Puri (Gol Gappa), a butter chicken protein bowl, raita, their new chicken tacos, and a sweet lassi on the side. The Pani Puri was exceptional, with each piece boasting the perfect crunch and an explosion of flavors. The butter chicken protein bowl, accompanied by garlic naan, was both delicious and satisfyingly filling. The chicken tacos, a new addition to their menu, were a unique fusion. The owner's openness to feedback and immediate implementation of my suggestions resulted in an improved version that was truly flavorful. The sweet lassi complemented the meal perfectly, offering a refreshing counterbalance to the spices. And to round off the meal, I indulged in an Indian-style coffee, which was a delightful end to my dining experience.
The attentive service at Fusion Indian Cuisine & Chaat Corner was noteworthy. The staff frequently checked in on customers and were diligent in maintaining cleanliness, enhancing the...
Read moreI ordered butter chicken it came out SPICY!! 🌶️ So I told them to remake it mild with no heat !
They bring it out again and it’s only a little bit less spicy is still as spicy as a jalapeño !!!!
So now they’re doing this for a third time around where they promise they’re gonna make it with absolutely no spice in the meanwhile my rice and my garlic non-get cold so then I have cold bread. I’m eating when they go to bring it out for a 3rd time.
THEN Each time they remake it, they bring out the butter chicken, and then the rice and the garlic naan one at a time instead of all at once so I can just start eating
LAST: he tried to make it up to me by offering me dessert I calmly and politely said no thank you I just need to to pay so I can get out of here I have so much work to do. BUT he wanted to continue talking to me to explain why things went wrong and I did NOT want to hear it. I just wanted to get out there so I listen to him for just another minute or two and said two more times I want to pay and leave I need to get going and I finally had to yell it out loud for a fourth time so other people were looking at him and then he stopped walked away and let me go upfront to pay.
Sometimes you just make it worse when you continue to hold up a person from being able to leave by continuing to talk and trying to defend the situation
I’ve ever eaten at always ask what is your spice level and I will always tell them a number one no spice at all and yet here I am doing this but third time in a row in one evening because they...
