Panera Bread at Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis has become a favorite spot for me, particularly for its comforting tomato soup and the savory Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. These dishes have a special place in my culinary preferences, consistently delivering in both taste and satisfaction.
One of the most welcoming aspects of this location is the staff. Every visit is greeted with warm smiles and friendly service, making each dining experience feel personal and inviting. The efficiency of the service here is noteworthy; from placing an order to receiving my meal, the process usually takes just about 10-12 minutes. This swift service, combined with the warmth of the staff, makes for a delightful visit every time.
The tomato soup at this location deserves a special mention. It always tastes fresh, with a rich flavor that soothes the soul. Paired with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, it creates a meal that is both filling and gratifying. Additionally, the 'Pick Two' option is a perfect choice for someone like me who enjoys variety without feeling overly stuffed.

Read moreI placed an order from my desk around 12:00 PM, expecting my food to be ready at the promised time of 12:19 PM. However, I didn’t receive my food until 12:45 PM — a full 26 minutes late.
My office is located just across the street, so the delay wasn’t due to distance. Because of this, I had only five minutes left to try to eat during my one-hour lunch break, and I was nearly late for my 1:00 PM meeting. This experience turned what should’ve been a simple lunch into a stressful, frustrating situation. It felt like a complete waste of both my time and money.
When I spoke with the manager to express my concerns, the response I got was simply, “I’m sorry.” But frankly, it didn’t feel like a sincere apology. If you truly cared about your customers, I believe I should’ve been notified about the delay — especially since you collect contact information during the ordering process. A text, email, or call would’ve shown at least a basic level of consideration.
Instead, the manager made no effort to make things right and showed zero concern for the inconvenience I experienced.
This lack of accountability and poor service was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I won’t be recommending this...
Read moreThe service at the Sierra Vista Mall location has been going straight down hill for a long time. I walked out again without ordering for what will be the last time. I was in line behind one person with no one behind me. The transaction occurring at the register was taking a long time for some reason. Although the cashier could see me waiting she left the register after completing the current transaction and went to the bakery kitchen. After coming out she started going through the suffles for some reason. Then she went and started stocking bagels although there was another person already working there. The whole time I'm standing at the register and she could see me looking at her. She still did not come take my order. I asked another employee for the manager. I talked to her and told her the situation. Her excuse was they were short staffed. There were plenty of people working there and it was slow. I said that the service there had been declining for sometime now. I had walked out several times before and told her this would be my last visit. She acted like she could care less. I've been going here since it opened and I'm...
