If you want stale chinese junk trying to pass off as authentic Japanese dessert or even edible substances (read food) then this is the place. We ordered three dessert items- all of which were straight out of the freezer probably from a chinese grocery and they didn’t even bother to soften the hardened “cheesecake”. They serve stale food that tastes like cardboard and have the worst service /manager ever. Their cheesecake was hard as a rock and the fork broke when I tried getting into it - when I brought this to the notice of the cashier she transmitted it to her manager who said “that’s the way we serve it and you can get another fork!”- no apology, no refund. They couldn’t even print a receipt as they were reluctant or lazy to put in a paper roll ! Honestly if you’re serving stale/supermarket frozen crap then don’t overcharge us and then ask for a tip at a self serve place where you essentially aren’t really served- it’s just like an overpriced McDonald's with pathetic customer care. I really wanted to like this place. I was so excited about it because their drink menu is expansive, the desserts are almost too pretty to eat, and their flavors are unique.
