New China — Restaurant in Cocoa Beach

Started getting sick 20 minutes after eating this food. We order from here almost weekly for the past year always been ok aside from this past Friday. but this Friday night I got sick after eating the food and almost 24 hours later I'm still sick. Got the general taos chicken a pu pu platter and some sweet and sour chicken everything aside from the general taos chicken was ok. The general taos didn't smell right smelled like it had wine in it or something, smelled like alcohol. My wife smelled it and wouldn't even taste it. I ate 2 pieces of the general taos chicken and it didn't taste right either. Wish I hadn't threw up a hour later and have been glued to the bathroom since. Will never eat here again. Clearly food poising. Uber eats said to leave a review due to the experience so here I am. Save yourself don't order from here. I called restaurant and the lady hung up on me. Incredibly poor... Ordered Several items including Won Ton soup and Shrimp with Lobster sauce. Delivery came with Egg Drop soup and no Shrimp plate. Called and after much discussion on the phone and the owner hanging up on me, the delivery man came fairly quickly with another Egg Drop soup, but still no Shrimp in Lobster Sauce. I send back both soups and the menu order form to show what was ordered and paid for. 45 minutes goes by and I call again. Owner abruptly hung on me several more times... Mind you I was still courteous. Owner says OK I get you your food. 30 minutes later the delivery guy shows up with the Won Ton soup and NO SHRIMP WITH LOBSTER SAUCE. He tells me she is giving me a refund of $11. for the shrimp. Now I'm hot. Almost 2.5 hours and no dinner... Owner never apologized was always abrupt on the phone... Still haven't seen the refund! I was very disappointed in the quality of the food for this quick delivery. My Krab Rangoon was tough and rubbery like it was old or reheated to fill another order. I asked for an additional red sauce, and it was not in the order. There was no means of eating my food, fortunately I was home and had plenty of forks. My greatestest disappointment came in the Shrimp Friend Rice. Though there were enough shrimp, they were old but not spoiled. Old shrimp is not good and potentially dangerous. There were few peas and carrots and those that were there, were tough like frozen vegetables not cooked enough. The whole dish lacked the flavor I have come to expect. Completely disappointing.
