Salt Restaurant Cocoa Beach — Restaurant in Cocoa Beach

I was staying at the Hilton Cocoa Beach and wanted to just get three plates to eat some food I got from someplace else. There was no one at the restaurant. I politely asked the waiter for three plates and thanked him respectively. For some reason, he didn’t hear me thank him and responded, “You’re welcome” in a very crude manner. I thanked him again, confused about why he became angry with me. But he got so offended that he started ranting to a nearby waitress about how I didn’t thank him. The waitress heard me thank him and tried explaining to him that I indeed did thank him. But he kept cussing and ranting to the waitress about my supposed impoliteness. I don’t know how you can mess up oatmeal and sausage…. Like it was literally not edible. I don’t care if it’s good, i just eat food for fuel and wanted a pre work out breakfast but this was so repulsive. The oatmeal was like drinking a soup and i honestly don’t know if i’m going to get the stomach bug later or not from eating that sausage. I eat frozen sausage everyday for breakfast normally, and the frozen box or sausage is INFINITELY better than whatever the f!&$ i just tried consuming. Checked in at Hilton- been sitting and waiting for the waiter for 20 mins (before 9pm) to take our orders.. after 30 mins the waiter came and said they are closed… he say he didn’t see us- we are sitting next to table he’s taking orders.. called the manager “Gary” but did not do anything just to say they are closed. I don’t know why is that hard to tell people waiting that they already close and yet- seeing the entire situation that they just got the other group orders. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, I’m an Hilton honor member since 2014, never had bad experienced…I will never stay in this Hilton...
