Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cody

This Dominos store definitely needs some customer service oriented people. It might as well close. I helped re-model this store into the theater store it is today and worked there for five years after the re-model. When I was employed there, we were top notch & my crew tried to be the top store in our area and we were. No matter how busy we got, we made most things correctly and followed dominos corporate guidelines. We tried to put each customer first and make them happy and pleased with the food. Things have entirely changed! I can’t even describe it. Whatever happened to making pizza with a topping in every bite? Or taking the time to remake a pizza so it could be enjoyed by the customer? Among many other issues, I’m truly embarrassed by the staff that are currently working there. None of them know what they are doing and that seems to be okay?.??. I have ordered a few times and it just keeps getting worse and worse every time. It’s embarrassing and shameful and no one cares! It’s too bad their corporate office is impossible to get a hold of, otherwise I’d address this issue in a different way. They don’t verify anything and are snappy and rude on the phone. They don’t start making the food until 30 minutes after it was supposed to be out of the oven ready and ready to go. The food is under par and sloppy. I will never order here again. I hope you don’t order here. I gave one stars only because it won’t let me give zero. My current employer ordered a lot of pizzas for us and half of us got food poisoning from it. This place is a joke. Do not give them your business or your money, they do not deserve it.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas to be delivered to a hotel 2.5 miles away, literally a 5min drive. We were told that it would be delivered within 30-40min. After 1 hour and 20min we called to see what was the delay. They said "oh we're putting your order into the oven now". They then set the phone down and did not respond for 10 min straight after repeated attempts and hellos. After calling back to cancel the order, the "manager" said that the driver was the one who set the phone down because they were lost and were looking up directions and that they'll be there shortly.

After that we said that we wanted to just cancel the order, what's the point of ordering food almost 1½ hours ago if you won't even put it into the oven anywhere remotely close to when it's ordered. Or set the phone down when we want answers. Or lie and backpedal saying that the driver is on their way right now.

About 10 minutes after the last phone call, the driver called my phone saying that they're on their way up to our room. We went out into the hallway and told them that we cancelled the order and we didn't want it anymore. They tried to throw the excuse of "there's only 2 of us working so it's going to be a little slow"

I don't mind waiting for food that is conveniently being delivered to my door. However, I do mind being lied to over and over in any vague attempt to put the blame somewhere else and dodge...

On July 27th we ordered pizza, wings, chicken and a salad to be delivered because we were both sick in bed. The woman I talked to on the phone asked what zip code I was in. I told her I didn't know the zip code because we live in Florida but I could give her the name of our hotel and the address which is on 8th st. I also told her that she is literally around the corner from us on Sheridan Ave in Cody which is the same exact zip code from where we are staying. Know your local businesses. We are staying in s major chain hotel! Anyway the order was given with extra sauce on the pizza which is what I always get on Domino's pizza because it is nice and sweet. We get the order delivered and the pizza is burnt black on the bottom and on the edges and the extra sauce is on the side. The pizza is now dry and ruined. I've been a fan of Domino's for many years and it is always put on the pizza when it is made. It is too late to add it to dry burnt pizza. If I ordered extra cheese would it be given in a cup? The chicken is the nuggets you buy at other fast food places only she called them 'slices' when we ordered them. The salad was prepacked and okay and the wings were good as usual. Oh and by the way, the driver was complaining about how hot it was and received a very generous gratuity but where we come from it is in the 90's for 4 to 5 months straight.
