Taco John's — Restaurant in Cody

Love the to a johns, even used to work there, and reading a couple of the other reviews it seems some people here in cody are made of whine and btcheroni, I mean...really? Complaining about NO gloves? Do you think they use gloves at restaurants? Even fancy ones do NOT waste their time with gloves, waste of time and money. If you're worried about germs so bad, perhaps you should just buy your own things to cook your dmned selves...and people make mistakes and most times correct them, but...asking for a new ole because you both decided to go back for the order correction...that's your fault you didn't just have her go back for her own food...girlfriend or not. :I If no one worked at ANY fast food place, most of you people would starve to death because you don't know how to cook and you're selfish oblivious fools...give the people that work a stressful and tedious job compared to your privileged desk job of doing nothing for tons of money...they deserve the respect more. -- Anyways, lovely place and great food! Plus, guy whining about the dog and no gloves...80% of the people native to wyoming, all usually have amazing immune systems BECAUSE they have introduced germs and the like to their body...I get sick once a year thanks to that and being a bit careless when I cook at home...I eat bloody chicken on purpose sometimes. :I Not once, have I gotten sick from it! XD Oh, and the person you saw that seemed like a "non-employee"? Do you OWN or WORK there? No? Then don't assume crap just because you're from a dumb and or privileged family... --" You more than likely saw the owner/owners family member, they don't HAVE to wear the company cloths to go into their own...

I am absolutely furious with my Taco John's. I was really hungry and thought, hmm Taco John's sounds really good right now. So my girlfriend and I head up there and order our food. Everything's all hunky dory, we head home, which by the way is on the other side of town, and realize that our order is messed up. My girlfriend's quesadilla wasn't even there, her churro was cold and hard, my potatoes oles were so salty I thought my tongue was going to shrivel up like a raison... and i didn't get a fork for my Super Ole. So I call, complain, the manager says he will fix that for me. I drive back up there, go to get my food, and I watch as the guy making my food touches it with his bare hands, but at least he was nice. The manager closed up shop early too. My girlfriend asked if I could have a new super ole because mine would be cold by the time we got back from the house. The worker was ready to help but the manager quickly steps in and as rude as possibly says "No, I'm not going to do that." We explained what happened and he said it wasn't his problem goodnight. I've never had a problem this bad at any restaurant and never at Taco John's. I'm never eating at another taco john's and I recommend to whoever's reading this to not eat...

Wasn't quite sure what to rate this. Visit was 6/26/24. My GPS said that they closed at 10:00 p.m. I arrived at 9:24 which I thought was plenty of time for the drive-thru. Upon arrival I was told they would be with me as soon as they finished closing their dining area??? After quite a long wait I finally asked them if they were closed and they said can I help you... I placed my order. I ended up receiving the wrong order. The whole time I was at the drive-thru I was on the intercom and at the window there was hooting and hollering going on and cheering and laughing in the background sounding like they were all having such a good time while making the customers wait. I will have to say I did not like the bean burritos that somebody else ordered those were not my cup of tea. I would have liked to have tried the super burrito that I actually did order. I do have to say that the two soft tacos were actually very tasty. I have never been to a Taco John's and I am here for the summer I would definitely go back for the tacos I'm just not sure if the customer service...
