After moving to Coldwater, I came here probably 3+ times a week, sometimes more, to get the exact same drink for 6+ months. Needless the say, the staff was pretty familiar with me. The app isn’t great, but I had never had a serious issue until today. I placed my usual order and went in to pick it up. One of the four ladies working looked at me confused and said they did not have an online order. She suggested I might have sent it to the other location (I have done this before on accident). However, I double checked my app before driving over there, and the order was placed at this location. I also checked my bank, and the money had been debited from my account. I told this to the ladies up front when I went back inside, and they looked at me, very confused. One employee stated they would make it for me. They walked away, so I assumed they were making it for me. Several minutes later, the woman I assume to be the manager asked me what I was waiting on and told me they still didn’t have an online order. I showed her my phone — the Biggby app showing the order and my bank app proving I paid. They kept asking me whether I was sure I’d placed the order and whether I’d selected the correct location. I felt as though they thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them — it’s literally probably my hundredth time ordering from them. I finally received my drink 25 minutes after placing my order (several customers were served in the time I was waiting), and there was no apology or anything, just blank faces. It was just an icky overall feeling. I understand there can be errors with technology, but I showed the date and time of my order in my app and also the money coming out of my account. I’m just very disappointed in how this was handled and, not that it really matters, but I will not be returning after the way I was made to feel today. Read moreI typically go to Hillsdale or Jackson. I've had to go through Coldwater the last three months so I get it there. For starters- I've waited 30 minutes for two drinks before. I haven't ever complained. Yesterday was my last straw. I always and I mean ALWAYS get a white lightning. My other drink order rarely varies but on thing for certain is my wife ALWAYS gets a white lightning. We doordash all the time also. I got a white lightning yesterday and it was pretty dark. I took a sip and immediately could taste it plain coffee with no flavor just cold foam-and so did my wife. I drove all the way back so they could just add flavor. The girl at the counter was super apologetic and stated she was new. The manager comes up and asks, "what do you want me to do about it?" Are you good?? Are you the management or am I??? Throw some flavor up in it. Make me a new one. Idgaf but you aren't about to take $12 from me and give me hot garbage worse than mcdonald's coffee. Otherwise I would go there for the $4. Maybe if you had better management your new people wouldn't be so in the dark. I'll go back to my regular Bigby's cause this one ain't it. They said yes so we ordered them. My drink was the complete wrong drink—I wanted an iced wild zebra and got the iced game day latte. I would've been fine with the wrong drink since all their drinks are pretty good, but my husband and I are sure they used oat milk in our drinks instead of whatever regular white milk. This made it literally impossible to drink because it was disgusting.
