It’s amazing how this store has a 4.1!
If I could give this place a negative review I would. I tried to place an order online it failed for both me and my co worker. So we called our order in and picked up in store and paid. Look at my bank account and I was double charged $10.39 the online payment went through and the in store too. “Robert the Assistant General Manager” so he claims, said he could not help me and to contact my bank it’s not his fault. There was nothing he could do for me and got rude when I told him that makes no sense because his store got the revenue for both transactions and he “could not refund money they don’t have” with his attitude he’s definitely not a general manager because that requires you to actually help your customers and try and figure out the issue. So I’m currently out $10.39 while my co worker is out $30 because they had other people order with them. Didn’t even offer me a solution immediately went to “it’s not my fault call your bank and get your money back” that’s not how that works they won’t give me my money back because that’s not a fraud transaction...
Read moreI don't know how this place is staying open with the incompetent people, I was there at 6:30pm Monday, these girls can't even make a sandwich correct, the grill guy yelled fresh fries down and these 2 girls start looking around like there guilty of something so I look further and it's because there to lazy to make fresh fries they already had them in a cup sitting in the frie bin and i didnt find out til i got home and they were old and cold then they forget to put what I asked for on my sandwich so I tell them and they look at me like I have 2 heads and I'm asking for to much to get the sandwich and fries I just paid $19 for, this is not just rude but totally ridiculous! Whoever owns this place better get a handle on this or else they will run themselves out of business real soon. I will not go back in the evening it's a joke. And to add I was only 1 of 2...
Read morei Tried to call in to order my food yesterday and the service was horrible. The man who answered the phone said “what can I get you” not a “hello” or “how are you”... he then asked me my name, when I tried to order, he got rude and asked me my name again. Did he want me to order or did he want my name??? so I hung up. Today I decided to try ordering on the app. It worked. They said the order would be ready at 6:31 pm. I show up at 6:35 pm. I waited at the counter to ask about my order. No one said hello. I made eye contact with a couple of the employees but no one wanted to help me. I waited until 7:06 before someone said hello or asked me if I needed help. They forgot things I ordered so I had to wait even longer... I was beyond upset with service. Everyone was rude. Management needs to fix these issues or they’re going to lose business with a lot...
