This local Waffle House visit was a delightful surprise on a busy Saturday morning. Facing a car repair, I braced myself for a long wait, but this experience turned into a highlight of my day. Despite the packed parking lot and near-full restaurant, we were greeted warmly and quickly found seats at the counter. The service was impressively fast; coffee arrived instantly, and our breakfast order was on the table within minutes. I was expecting a typical, hurried diner experience, but the staff's attentiveness truly stood out. Multiple employees checked on us, ensuring we were happy with our food and service. Even after we finished eating, they encouraged us to relax and wait for our car, diligently refilling our coffee cups. They even took the time to chat with us about music, taking our preferences into account as they played tunes on the jukebox. Well this is the second time that I've been to this location and experience pretty much the same thing which is the person that the window taking the orders has skipped over me more than once and when it's my turn at the window goes back in for other things and I hear this last time the lady say oh no hold on I might have one more and comes back to the window like she almost forgot about me, after skipping me, so yes I am mentioning this online because this is not the 1st time I've gone through this at this location. One customer suggested i step up but i just let her go in fro t of me cuz being a gentlemen letting one nice lady in front of you wasn't the issue, the issue was the lady taking the orders that intentionally skipped over me AND THEN ADDED to it by walking away and having talks amongst coworkers, it wasn't until I heard her saying something that suggested she nearly forgot I was still standing outside and turned to come back for me that i walked away back to my car. And to top it off she didn't even try to stop me as she saw what I was doing and as I went by the window I heard a loud & clear lady go "bye" which I also hollered back, just "bye" and I only did that cuz that is the worst Behavior I've experienced from a business in my entire life and they're just lucky I didn't turn back around and...

If I could give this place no stars I would but to make a review I had to at least do one star. We came in for a late night breakfast after working 12 hours and the tables were so dirty i had to spit on a napkin to wipe my table off so my sleeves didn't get a pile of sticky syrup on them. There was 4 employees standing there texting and not one of them even looked up or offered to clean our table before we sat down. When the waiter finally came to our table after waiting for 7 minutes the first words out of my mouth were do you have some Windex..... I didn't ask for a drink because I couldn't even set my arms down to hold it let alone a cup. The waiter then had the nerve to ask me if I spit on the table...... I told him yes I had to spit on a napkin to wipe off my table because his Facebook post was obviously more important than doing his job!!!!!
