★★★★★ Food quality ★★★★★ Service ★★★★★ Ambiance ★★★★★ Value ★★★★★ Menu selection ★★★★★ Location/Accessibility ★★★★★ Overall experience I had always wanted to visit this Fusabowl restaurant near my house for a while. I was excited to avail the Buy One Get One promotion, ordering through Uber to make the most of it. This marked my first visit to two of their six locations. Upon arrival, I noticed only one customer waiting in line and were pleased to find my order ready and waiting for me in a neatly branded plastic bag. I took a moment to soak in the restaurant's atmosphere. The interior was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with ample seating to accommodate large groups of diners. The big front glass wall allowed natural light to flood in, brightening up the whole place. The walls painted in refreshing shades of green exuded a relaxing vibe, reminiscent of a traditional American family diner. A drink fountain against one wall added to the diner's charm, and the counter at the corner housed the kitchen, cleverly obscured by a wall. As for the food, I had ordered the Tofu Hibachi Bowl with brown rice, sriracha, sweet soy sauce, onion, mushroom, jalapeño, broccoli, avocado, ginger, sesame seed, and tempura crunch. The presentation was delightful, with the veggies and tofu arranged neatly on a bed of rice, and the sauce drizzled artfully over everything. I discovered that using a spoon to eat this dish worked wonders, as it allowed me to savor each element fully. The tofu was absolutely delicious—savory, firm, and elastic, making it a pleasure to chew on. The sweet soy sauce paired wonderfully with the tofu, adding a hint of savory goodness to the subtle sweetness of the brown rice. Speaking of the rice, it was light and dry, creating a perfect harmony with the other ingredients. The touch of spiciness from the sriracha brought balance to the overall taste, while the pickled ginger offered a hint of sourness that refreshed my palate with every bite, making each mouthful feel like the first. I also ordered two portions of sushi rolls for a price of one, which was a great deal. The rolls were filled with raw tuna, avocado, and cucumber, wrapped in seaweed and sushi rice, and topped with sweet soy sauce, sriracha, and tempura crunch. The sushi rolls were an enjoyable experience overall, with the richness of the rice, the freshness of the avocado and cucumber, and the subtle ocean aroma of the seaweed. The tuna pieces, although slightly bland, contributed to the satisfying texture of the roll. Overall, I had a great meal and wished I could interact more with the staff. However, since I plan to visit frequently, there will be plenty of opportunities for that. I highly recommend this restaurant and the entire franchise to anyone seeking a fast, affordable, and uniquely Asian dining experience.

I hate Colerain Avenue but I love Fusabowl! I considered giving Fusabowl 4 stars because of the location. (It's in the heart of Colerain Avenue's busiest traffic zone.) Other than that, the food, the staff, and the restaurant deserve five stars. I suppose I could add in a backup star for their Compostable Plant Fiber carry-out containers. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The ingredients are fresh. You choose the veggies and protein you want. They stir-fry them up perfectly and add in the sauce of your choice. You can even have sushi if that's your thing. Of course, I had to get over my annoyance with Northgate Mall traffic before I made it into the restaurant. Fusa Bowl is a block or so from the mall and it's in a small shopping plaza with no traffic light for easier access. I was traveling north on Colerain so turning in was easy. Coming out required some creative navigation. But please don't let the traffic stop you. Once you make it into the lot, there's plenty of parking and you'll love the food.

Food was delicious. I got the hibachi noodle bowl with chicken and shrimp teriyaki, airforce roll, miso soup, and mango milk tea with mango boba pops. I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed with the food or service. If you like asian style cuisines, I would highly recommend Fusabowl for your next stop. Update Changed my review to remove service and atmosphere rating because I realized I posted my review under the wrong location. However, they still have the same delicious food and would recommend giving Fusabowl a try at this location.

Ordered a poke bowl with rice, double meat (spicy salmon, eel), cucumber, cilantro, jalapeños, avocado, onion. In general the food didn't feel fresh, the salmon had a slightly fishy hint (not good, sign of it not being fresh), some of the cucumber slices were limp/discolored with no crunchiness, and out of the 2 avocado slices I had one of them tasted older and a bit brown which wasn't appetizing. Every other ingredient was good, rice tasted like classic sushi rice with rice vinegar which I was looking for, jalapeños were fresh and crunch, same with onion. Service was fine, but no smiles and didn't feel warm. I personally wouldn't come back, giving 3 stars because honestly for the amount of double protein and the topping choices is good for the price, but it being sort of old tasting, you get what you pay for. This could also be because it was toward dinner time so I could understand that aspect too of food sitting most of the day if it wasn't really used. Overall though, there may be better places to go to get a poke bowl for...
