Geraci is the best.

We worked with multiple jewelers, local and big box types (Kay, Stafford, Jared's, etc). The engagement ring I bought (from Stafford) had issue after issue, so I didn't want to buy the wedding band there as well. My wife had a very specific image in her mind of what she wanted in her wedding band and many places either didn't have anything close in stock, or if they did, it was way out of our desired price range. Joe Geraci was recommended to us so we decided to give him a visit.

He personally showed us around, and didn't even try to push any of his stock rings on us; he immediately knew he would have to do custom work for us. He took pictures of her engagement ring, made some general pencil sketches, and THEN after all the time he took, he gave us an estimate of what he thought it would be, and THEN asked us what our price range was. Needless to say, and to no surprise, his estimate was higher than we were aiming for, but when we told him our range, he simply replied, "Ok, I can do that.". Didn't change the design or anything, he met us where we said our max was. Simplest price negotiation ever!

As time went on, he stayed in great contact with us through the whole process, up through getting the ring. I thought it looked great, but when I showed my wife, she had a couple issues. It wasn't quite exactly what she pictured in her head. We considered just dealing with it because it was close, but when she was honest with Joe, he had zero hesitation and literally remade a second ring that came out absolutely perfect. No extra charge whatsoever. I assume he plans to just put the first ring in his inventory with intentions to sell it to someone else (it was a beautiful ring, just not what my wife had pictured).

Long story short, Geraci was extremely friendly, had great communication, has the best prices we've seen, and puts customer satisfaction above anything else. And the rings they make are quality stuff!
