Atlanta Bread — Restaurant in College Park

(Terminal A) No wonder they have three stars...well, here's ONE, one singular star. I took a chance because it was close to my gate and we didn't have a lot of time. So, I ordered a BLT. I watched two other orders go out before mine was even ready. When I finally did receive my sandwich it was cold. Not certain if the bacon is supposed to be warm, but it wasn't. And luckily, I didn't unwrap my sandwich all the way, because there was a pool of grease on the bottom half of my wrapper. It was haphazardly thrown together. I had crumbled of bacon and maybe two whole slices. I wish I had a enough space to take a picture, but I was already in seat on the plane. Anyway, the bread was also a little hard around the edges. Super disappointed. If I hadn't already been on the plane and had the time, I would have gladly marched back to the counter and got a refund. I should've just went hungry. Wanted to share how the employee working today was watching her phone the entire time she was sitting there “working” I greeted her and she ignored me. I’ll admit that delta should consider the employees who are in their concourses cause I’ll be sure never fly though there again. Yes it’s busy but that’s all the more reason to have better customer service. Very disappointed with the entire experience at ATL. Gross bathrooms in the airport.Gross lav services on the plane. Bacteria clearly growing. It’s not just the fact that this kiosk is in deltas concourse but this restaurant should also take notes because their employee clearly has no people skills. Must be nice to sit and watch your phone for hours and get paid.

If you’re not expecting wow, then this is a four-star place but if you are expecting wow, then this is a three star. The tuna salad sandwich needs more flavor, but it is fair with chips for the price and location. Chili was edible. The salad is very simple but healthy and healthy options are appreciated in a land of unhealthy. The speed was fair. The highlight was the dessert options which were all tasty. I’m still thinking about one of those cookies but I can’t remember. I believe it has raspberry or strawberries in it. About to get on a plane don’t really need much so this was great. Could have been better for sure, but sufficient, and I was expecting that...
