I was at the Atlanta location back in August and I’m still annoyed with the service! Stood in line and when I finally got up to order they guy was to busy chatting with other employees and asked me to repeat myself several times. Finally when he decided to pay attention he asked what kind of bagel I wanted with my sandwich, I asked what they offered and he vaguely pointed at a sign. Then when I finally go to pay with cash he tells me they can’t give change for a $20. They had someone go to the bank but they weren’t back so they couldn’t make change. What kind of business can’t make change for a $20? He said I could pay with a card. I specifically brought cash so I wouldn’t have to use cards while traveling, I prefer not using them unless it’s an emergency. I told him no thanks I didn’t want to use my card. I got out of line and went to wait for my friends out of the way. Next thing I know I hear the “manager” screaming that if someone has a problem using their card to pay for their meals they can come see her! I didn’t complain and I wasn’t rude I just simply didn’t want to use my card, shouldn’t have heard her shouting at ppl inside the establishment because I prefer to pay with cash. I work retail I deal with rude customers daily and that is NOT how you handle any situation. The entire staff was rude and acted as if you were bothering them. Read moreBLT on sourdough needs work. Bacon was good and in the right quantity. Lettuce and tomato refresh. The bread had been toasted and then somehow mushed down on top of the other ingredients. Normally a BLT is left on nice fluffy fresh bread, not lightly toasted and then smushed. It still was good but someone from management needs to come in and give some on the job training in terms of BLTs.
Given that this is a busy airport I'm not sure what you meant by atmosphere. There is no atmosphere in an airport other than a lot of loud noise.
The service was superb no I find it odd to be charged $13.99 for a sandwich and then management wants me to get a tip.
Five stars for the box that the sandwich came in. This is the best box I've ever gotten in any airport that contains food. Keep with this box because I like how it snapped and holds everything together.

Read moreOrdered two breakfast sandwiches with egg, sausage & cheese yesterday, with a large iced latte. Mind you I ordered at 9:34 am & they did not provide my sandwiches until 9:55 am. I don't know about you but that is unacceptable when it comes to the time you order, to the time you receive your order. Additionally, I had to remind them & or asked if they were working on my order considering the wait time I thought they had forgotten given how busy they were. But if you are there for only a quick coffee you should get that quickly, as I did. The coffee I had ordered was mediocre at best & the sandwich was decent but I do wish they toasted the bagel more to give it a crunch. Honestly, I am not even sure there is a system there considering orders were not getting pushed out based on whom ordered & when. Not a location I would advise going to if you have less then 30 minutes to spare & this location does not...
