As a frequent flyer for work, I value positive energy and exceptional service during my travels. The morning bartender, whom I believe was Tanika, was exceptionally energetic and brought laughter to the entire bar. Even the afternoon shift employee was delightful. It is evident from the enthusiasm of employees that their jobs are truly rewarding. I was drawn to this restaurant based on positive reviews. However, I must express my disappointment with the morning/lunch kitchen staff on the day I visited (I believe her name is Desseray). The plate presentation was subpar, and the food did not meet my expectations. Notably, the salad was not tossed, and there was excessive dressing, which had it drenched. This was in contrast to the visually appealing salad depicted in previous reviews. Additionally, the kitchen staff appeared to have a lack of energy, using headphones while talking and touching her phone while preparing food so I lost my appetite after having a bite. This behavior was surprising given the positive energy of the front-of-house staff. Furthermore, I observed the kitchen staff eating near the food prep area, which raised concerns about food safety. While I am willing to give the restaurant another chance, I hope that a different chef will be more responsible for my next visit.

Tanika did such a wonderful job furthermore and I got to meet Rachel as she was coming in. I hope this company knows the value of hard working people because it’s hard to find people who value their jobs and you can see it with their self...

The Ultimate Burger Experience at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport:

Nestled within the bustling terminals of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, BeerCode redefines the layover experience with its unforgettable culinary offerings. Led by the dynamic duo of Pierre in the kitchen and Rachel at the bar, this establishment delivers far more than just a meal—it crafts a moment worth savoring.

Pierre is nothing short of a maestro in the kitchen. His burgers are a masterclass in flavor and craftsmanship, perfectly paired with impeccably crisp fries. Even the Caesar salad, often an afterthought at many eateries, is elevated to a standout dish under his care.

At the bar, Rachel brings an infectious energy that transforms the waiting game into a celebration. With her warm hospitality and knack for making every guest feel at home, she turns a transient airport visit into a memory to cherish. If she could, Rachel might well greet every patron with a complimentary shot—her enthusiasm is that contagious.

BeerCode isn’t just a stopover; it’s a destination. Whether you’re seeking a world-class burger or simply looking to infuse some fun into your journey, this is the place to be. If you find yourself passing through Atlanta, missing BeerCode would be a mistake you can’t...

I was at Beercode last evening and I just want to say that not only is the bartender a star, but she handled a disgruntled guest with class. I was there while he not only was hassling her but I was shocked when he was being rude to most of the guests around the room. At one point, the gentleman across from me, told the disgruntled man to leave, the bartender refused service and the man flicked everyone off and said some horrible inappropriate words. This should not be a reflection on anyone but the man who came in who we later found out he missed his flight and went on badgering guests.

Overall besides this experience this restaurant is such a gem. It is a small spot but the food looked and smelled incredible and the chef came out a few times because he wanted to make sure his co worker was alright because I believe she felt as uncomfortable as I was. She did such a wonderful job, the lengths to fix the situation and this is the reason I will be back. She is not only fast, efficient but she is charming and witty. We were all laughing and slowly forgetting about what happened. Thank you to beercode because you are my new spot in...

DON'T think overpriced airport food trap with service that thinks they'll never see you again... Know that the operators of this wonderful establishment authentically put their heart and soul into their roles. Rachel (the bartender) and Pierre (the chef) validated their high rating. I walked to this terminal in hopes of a halfway decent meal considering most airport establishments lack in the quality department for the price. Rachel and Pierre clearly exceed these expectations, beyond being in an airport. Rachel was so personable, generous, and skilled and has been serving here for 10 years give or take, from what I understood. I ordered the Asian bowl with salmon and it was truly phenomenal. I later learned and met the creator of the dish; Pierre. He is very experienced and apparently has folks fly to them just to eat his food! I believe it. If you're going to pay for overpriced airport food- eat here. It's truly a "deal" for the value of food and service. Thank you again, Rachel, for also going out of your way for the Excedrin. I will certainly be back and motivated to fly to or through Atlanta now!

After a day of flight delays that made me question every life choice leading up to this moment, I stumbled into Beercode at the Atlanta airport.z starving, dehydrated, and emotionally fragile. Enter Terika, the bartender-slash-airport-angel, who flagged me down like she was rescuing me from a deserted island. “You’ve got less than an hour to order!” she said, and she meant business. My flight was already boarding, but my stomach was also filing a formal complaint with HR, so I took the risk. Then came Colen, the culinary superhero I didn’t know I needed. That man fired up my burger lickety-split , faster than a gate change at Hartsfield-Jackson. The burger arrived hot, juicy, and just the kind of emotional support meal a weary traveler dreams of. I inhaled it, sprinted to my gate, and boarded my flight like a victorious gladiator — grease on my fingers, pride in my heart, and actual food in my tummy. 10/10 would risk another flight delay for Colen’s burger and Terika’s hustle.
