Unfortunately, I'm not surprised how many others have left negative reviews because of the staff. My mom asked nicely, and apologized for asking if she could have a different drink because the one she got was not what she expected. The cashier told her bluntly, "That's what you ordered. If you don't like it, order and pay for something else." While the message is understandable, the delivery was unprecedented as my mom asked apologetically and without entitlement.
