I am no one. I will always and forever be the best cashier ever! I thrived in fast paced customer service. However, I would have never treated anyone the way I was treated yesterday evening. First of all, I had already went to the Church's in Riverdale. They politely told me they had no white meat. I thanked them, made a left, then a right, and came to Old National Highway. The cashier at the drive-thru did everthing right... or so I thought. The receipt says her name is Brittany W. She didn't tell me they were out of white meat. I am guessing. I found that out once I got home. I say to myself they had white meat... and it wasn't ready... but no one gave me the option to decide anything. In the car, the only visual thing I saw wrong was the size of the spicy rice. I went inside to correct that error. We were fine after that... or so I thought. Let's just focus on what I did wrong... not looking at the receipt 5 times because baby put the receipt inside a pocket after the spicy correction. It wasn't good... just so we understand the details. Since, sense, and cents I have ADHD, and other things. I wasn't interested in driving back to the location for excuses or even a refund. Sometimes you pay for mistakes with money and sometimes you pay with you azz. I like to use my imagination and check myself. So, not my fault baby wouldn't let me cook having other plans for us, my fault for choosing Church's, my fault for not looking at the receipt carefully before letting baby pull away, my fault still not checking the complete order before letting baby pull away, and my fault for assuming that the cashier and I communicated properly our entire interaction. I did alot wrong here. When the cashier passed me my order I could she a sneaky look on her face. The Chicken was incorrect! At the speaker, the cashier completed my order by reciting my order to me. It was correct. So, to get home to a 13 piece dark... all the rest of chicken that had been sitting all day... the Chicken that should have been thrown away... a little hello we are waiting for fresh Chicken would have been nice. Also, the small coleslaw that I ordered was old and should have been thrown away. The day on the bottom of the coleslaw was Sunday. Yesterday was Sunday, new coleslaw should have been made that morning. I was just very unhappy by all of it. It's ok. I was also sick the next morning. I never got what I went to get from Church's yesterday... white meat only. I never will. What I did get was another unhappy experience. I will not return because... why did I have to be on the receiving end of the poor thoughts of this cashier/staff? She had help. There was no reason for this. Was it... wrong time, wrong place? Shit happens. They all work very well together. I had time to observe. I just don't go places where the care doesn't reach me. No hard feelings. This is one of those times I am paying for a mistake with money and not azz. We cool! Seriously. Lesson learned and I will cook more, I promise. Thank you for your time and for reading my review! Have a...

Gave cashier 3 single ones. She came back to window with just my food and I said well she just forgot my change. NO she said that I gave her two dollars. I said to her if I gave you $2.00 then why you didn’t ask for the 16 cents.! She kept saying I gave her $2.00
The manager initially refused to talk to me . Finally I looked up and saw the manager counting drawer. The manager concluded The cashier was right. I never in my life have seen such a smooth scam operating and half the people this probably happen to .. don’t bother to call corporate and file a complaint.
Being that I had almost 5k on me.. 84 cents does not make or break me. It was their attitude and their spirit. Almost like a How Dare you challenge us? For this particular store this will be on the desk of Corporate Managment.
Ladies at the end of the day will it really be worth...
Read moreOrdered early before 11AM. First person in line service kind of slow. Pay for my food and go home. Open box and start eating a leg theirs a whole fly eating the thigh. I blame my 6th grade Biology teacher for showing me by what flys do under a microscope. Spit and sh,,!. Now I promise my meal was cheap 2 legs and a wing. Usually I wouldn’t care if my meal was messed up but I hate flies and drove 49 minutes back for a refund. The lady at the register and lady who processed my refund were so annoyed. Not sure why cause the cashier got a 20 dollar tip and pocketed it not recorded for giving extra seasoning. What’s worst is I spit the food out having seen the fly. Drove almost an hour back on principle and she had an attitude. Not only that she opened my meal to find the fly and the same clamps she used to find the fly she put back for chicken. I said mama you checked my chicken that I spit in to find the fly and put it back to pick up chicken next. Maybe you wash it. She got mad again and left....
