Dunkin' — Restaurant in College Park

Whoever runs this store also runs a couple other stores in the area. I would avoid going there at all cost. There are numbers listed online for the stores but the numbers aren’t in service. There’s no way to get ahold of the store if they mess up your order or if you want to call ahead to make sure they still have the donuts you want. I sat outside waiting for curbside for 20 minutes because no one answered the phone at this particular store and I couldn’t leave the car because I’m on crutches. I would come here a lot but maybe it was just a mistake but I usually get a Bagel with cream cheese and twice I had a hair where the cream cheese was. It was a very light kinda long hair. The other issue I would have in my order in the restaurant I would put for also a donut and one a few times they wouldn’t put a donut at all because they would say because we didn’t have that kind of donut but they were charging me for that anyways so I said why don’t you give me any donut then. I can’t keep making excuses for this Dunkin. My order is wrong half the time, they don’t even add milk to my coffee half the time (pictures from today), the prices are marked up, their hours are wrong, and they close mobile ordering on free coffee mobile order days, etc. This is genuinely the worst Dunkin in college park and they’re out of ingredients often too. I’m tired of spending $6 for a coffee that doesn’t include 2/4 things that I ordered and I’m ready to switch to Starbucks until further notice,...
